Kleem Organics is an established Amazon seller in the skincare space, now expanding into a full DTC growth model on Shopify - built around our hero acquisition product, the Kleem Organics Retinol Cream. We're looking for a hands-on growth operator to take full ownership of the funnel and turn this single product into a scalable, profitable acquisition engine.

The Mission

Take Kleem Organics' Retinol Cream from ~$300K/year to $10M/year on Shopify within 2 years. You'll own the entire funnel — Creative → Acquisition → Conversion → AOV → Retention → LTV → Profit — and be accountable for profitable growth, not just platform ROAS.

This is not a "run some ads" role. It's a part-time Growth/Performance Manager seat with real ownership: positioning, creative strategy, paid acquisition, CRO, and profitability all sit with you.

Core Responsibilities

Customer, Positioning & Offer

• Deeply understand the Retinol customer — pains, desires, objections, purchase triggers, desired transformation
• Continuously improve positioning, pricing, bundles, Subscribe & Save, promotions, guarantees, upsells and cross-sells

Creative Testing 

• Own the full creative testing process - angles, hooks, concepts, messaging
• Own UGC strategy: creator sourcing and briefs
• Identify winning creatives and systematically iterate on them

Paid Acquisition

• Personally own and manage Meta Ads (Google Ads a plus, not required)
• Make decisions based on profitability — not platform ROAS alone

Landing Pages & CRO

• Own the full journey from ad click → landing page → checkout → purchase
• Continuously improve CVR and AOV through structured experimentation

What We're Looking For

• 2 - 3+ years of proven hands-on DTC/Shopify growth experience 
• Deep understanding of Shopify economics, profitability, and unit economics
• Beauty/skincare and/or supplements experience strongly preferred
• Personally managed $70K+/month paid-media budgets
• Strong Meta Ads expertise with hands-on campaign management (Google Ads is a plus)
• Proven CRO, landing page, and full-funnel optimization experience
• Experience building UGC/creator testing systems
• Strong understanding of retention, LTV, and profitable growth
• Comfortable working independently, without leaning on a large internal team
• Familiarity with Claude / Claude Code is a plus

Working Terms

• Part-time: 15–20 hours/week
• 100% remote
• Location: Eastern Europe preferred
• Focus on one product - no broad portfolio management

Compensation

We are looking for an experienced Head of Marketing to lead the overall marketing strategy and growth of our crypto casino product.

This is a senior leadership role with ownership of the full marketing function - from player acquisition and performance marketing to CRM, retention, brand, partnerships, budgets, and team development. You will work closely with the C-level team and play a key role in shaping the company’s commercial and marketing strategy.

What You’ll Do

• Own and develop the overall marketing strategy and growth plan for the crypto casino product.
• Lead the full marketing function across acquisition, performance, CRM, retention, brand, affiliates and partnerships.
• Define marketing priorities based on business goals, player behavior, market trends and performance data.
• Own marketing budgets, forecasting and allocation across channels and GEOs.

What We’re Looking For

Must Have

• 2-3+ years of hands-on experience with crypto casino products — mandatory.
• 3+ years of experience as a Head of Marketing or equivalent senior marketing leader.
• Proven leadership experience in the iGaming / online casino industry.
• Strong track record of building and scaling marketing functions and player acquisition.
• Deep understanding of performance marketing, acquisition funnels, CRM, retention and marketing analytics.
• Experience managing significant marketing budgets and making data-driven investment decisions.
• Strong understanding of casino player lifecycle, monetization and LTV.
• Experience working directly with founders, CEOs and C-level executives.

Responsibilities:

• Own and prioritize the product backlog – translate business goals into user stories, acceptance criteria, and roadmap
