Product Owner

Citron is searching for Crypto Processing Product Owner/ Head of Product to join its team! You’ll sit at the intersection of business strategy, technical delivery, and product management.

Responsibilities:

• Own and prioritize the product backlog – translate business goals into user stories, acceptance criteria, and roadmap

• Facilitate agile processes – lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives; ensure backlog readiness

• Gather & document requirements – write BRDs/PRDs, create flow diagrams, mock-ups, edge-case/specs for integrations, custody, transaction

• Collaborate across teams – work with engineering, design, compliance, finance, and external partners/vendors to deliver end-to-end solutions

• Measure & optimize – analyze usage and performance, iterate on features for better UX and operational efficiency

Requirements:

• 3+ years in Product Ownership role in crypto

• Strong foundational understanding of blockchain, crypto transaction flows, APIs, wallets, and compliance frameworks (AML/KYC, GDPR)

• Proficient in agile methodologies, Jira/Confluence, and tools like Figma, draw.io for process design

• Excellent communicator—comfortable with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Analytical thinker with strong data-driven decision-making skills; experience with SQL or analytics tools is a plus
