Social Creative Lead

The Fourth Law is a leading Ukrainian manufacturer of autonomy technologies for drones. Our solutions are codified according to NATO standards and are currently utilized by over 50 units of the Security and Defense Forces of Ukraine, as well as 20+ drone manufacturers.

Our products are named after prominent Ukrainian figures of the "Executed Renaissance" and the "Sixtiers" movement—Vasyl Stus, Olena Teliha, Mykola Zerov, and Anatoliy Lupynos.

In 2026, the company was recognized by DOU as the most promising project in the defense tech sector.

Purpose of the Role: Turn observations from global social content into clear creative briefs for the execution team, grounded in performance data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop creative concepts for social media
• Track what works in social globally — and specifically within defense tech / dual-use (peer companies, allied and adversary content) — and turn those observations into ideas for the brand
• Write creative briefs for designers, copywriters, photographers, and videographers, and review delivered work against them
• Own the brand's Threads presence — you write and publish directly
• Feed performance data back into future briefs — which formats and angles actually drive reach/engagement, not just what trends externally

• You work as a pair with the SMM Manager, who owns publishing and the content calendar for the primary channels.

   

Experience and skills we are looking for:

• 2+ years in creative strategy, content production, copywriting, or social media — brand side or agency
• A portfolio of concepts, not a feed of published posts: we need to see how you think, not only what shipped
• Strong writing in Ukrainian and English — you publish under the brand's name without an editor
• Strong command of Figma and Canva 
• Working knowledge of CapCut or Premiere/Rush — not for editing itself, but to write realistic, technically sound briefs for videographers
• Comfortable writing and publishing directly (not just briefing others) 

• Proficiency with modern LLM tools in the creative process

   

It’s a plus if you have:

• Experience working in defence-tech or with military units
