Chief Billing Officer
We're looking for an experienced Chief Billing Officer to lead our PSP strategy.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Billing/Payments function across the business group.
- Define and execute the PSP strategy across multiple markets, including provider selection, onboarding, payment method development, and integration roadmap execution.
- Build KPI, reporting, and monitoring frameworks covering PSP performance, payment conversion, availability, liquidity, and operational efficiency.
- Optimize payment flows by improving conversion, UX, payment stability, and reducing user-facing issues.
- Partner with engineering teams to define business requirements, prioritize initiatives, and ensure high-quality delivery.
- Manage relationships with PSPs and oversee payment operations, risk management, and service performance.
- Lead the Billing department (PSP, Monitoring, Business Analysis, Liquidity, Key Account), driving team performance, process improvements, and automation.
- Audit existing payment processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement scalable operational improvements.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Billing, Payments, or PSP within the iGaming industry.
- Strong understanding of payment infrastructure, including PSPs, payment methods, integrations, conversion optimization, monitoring, payment errors, balances, liquidity management, and payment method stability.
- Experience working with complex markets, preferably CIS and/or emerging markets, where rapid adaptation and continuous payment solution development are required.
- Experience leading teams and building operational processes, including KPIs, reporting, SLAs, prioritization, and performance management.
- Ability to work effectively with engineering teams by defining business requirements, managing backlogs, and overseeing implementation quality and timelines.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Highly organized and structured, with the ability to deliver quality results in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of ownership and professionalism.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
