About us

Loankea is a US mortgage lender (NMLS #2040817), founded in 2020, based in the San Francisco Bay Area. We build and run our own software: a workspace for our staff and a portal for borrowers. Both are in production and used every day.

You would be the second engineer on this codebase, working directly with the person who built it. You take an issue and carry it to production yourself.
 

What you will do

• Work across the stack: the data model and the GraphQL query on the .NET side, then the screen that uses them.

• Build screens and features in two React and TypeScript applications: the internal workspace and the borrower portal.

• Fix defects in existing code and cover them with tests.

• Build internal tools and automations, including AI agents for specific business processes.

How we work

Claude Code is a daily working tool here. You are accountable for every line you submit, whether you or an agent wrote it. Around fifty automated checks encode the architecture of this codebase: your first pull requests will bounce off them, and that is how you learn the conventions.

What we expect

• About a year of commercial experience, on code that reached production and that you then maintained.

• C# and .NET at a working level: OOP, async, LINQ, and how a server application fits together.

• React, TypeScript and CSS in daily use.

• SQL: relationships, indexes, transactions.

• Ability to work in code written by someone else and follow the conventions already in place.

• Debugging, and tests written in a real project.

• English at Intermediate (B1) or above. The code, the documentation and the issues are in English.

GraphQL runs through the whole stack here. Experience with it is a plus rather than a requirement, and if you have not used it, we will teach you.

We are a boutique Amazon full-service agency based in Munich, Germany, managing PPC, catalog, and marketplace operations for established D2C brands selling on Amazon in the DACH region. Our portfolio spans ~15 active accounts across multiple categories. Client communication is handled entirely by our internal German-speaking team — you will not need to speak German or talk to clients. Your job is strategy and execution, at the highest level.

The role

We are not looking for a bid-adjuster. We are looking for a senior operator who can own PPC strategy end-to-end across a portfolio of accounts:

• Build full-funnel campaign strategies (SP / SB / SBV / SD) from scratch for new accounts — structure, budget allocation, targeting logic, ranking vs. profitability goals
• Define target ACoS/TACoS per product based on margin data and product lifecycle stage
• Own ongoing optimization: bids, placements, budgets, negatives, search term harvesting, dayparting where relevant
• Run structured monthly performance reviews per account and translate them into concrete next actions
• Develop and document playbooks/SOPs so the approach scales beyond you
• Work with our account managers, who brief you on client goals and relay your results

What we expect (hard requirements)

• 4+ years hands-on Amazon PPC experience, with at least 2 years managing multiple accounts in parallel (agency, aggregator, or freelance portfolio)
• Proven strategic ownership: you have designed campaign architectures and portfolio strategies, not just executed someone else's
• Fluent with break-even ACoS logic, TACoS steering, ranking campaigns vs. profit campaigns, launch vs. sustain phases
• Confident with bulk operations and at least one major tool stack (Helium 10, Pacvue, Perpetua, Adtomic, Scale Insights, or similar)
• Comfortable reading search term reports, SQP data, and category dynamics — and drawing your own conclusions
• Professional English (written and spoken); working hours with strong CET overlap
• You operate as a registered contractor/sole proprietor in your country and can issue invoices

Midas is a trading app for Base — and for the EVM chains that come after it. Traders use it to find new tokens early and trade them fast, through the web app and through our Telegram bot. It's live and people use it daily.

We're small and early. I'm looking for a founding engineer: someone who takes ownership of the product end to end rather than a slice of it.

What the role is

You'd own the technical side of Midas with me — frontend, backend, the data layer, and the calls about what we build and how. Not tickets handed down. You'd be deciding a lot of it, and shipping it.

What you'd work on

The trading path: quotes, routing, execution, and the latency of all three. This is the product, and speed is most of it.

Real-time market data — Bun + Hono + Socket.IO streaming to the web app and the bot.

Analytics over ClickHouse: wallet PnL, smart-money tracking, holder analysis. The database is 3+ TB and grows with every block, so how you shape a query matters.

The interface traders actually live in — Next.js, real-time, dense.

Multichain: we're adding a second chain now, and more after it.

The problems here are real-time and data-shaped. How fast can we see a new token, how fast can we get someone into it, and how do we compute useful things over a lot of on-chain data without it getting slow.

What we need from you

5+ years TypeScript, strong across frontend and backend.

Solid SQL and an instinct for why a query is slow.

You've built something real-time or latency-sensitive before.

Working knowledge of EVM: reading on-chain logs, decoding calldata, and you know what a swap, a pool and a wallet actually are.

You can decide, build and ship without waiting to be told.

DeFi: DEX routing, MEV, or awareness of exploit patterns like reentrancy and oracle manipulation — we move user funds, so this matters.

Smart contract development.

Rust, especially blockchain indexing — reth ExEx or similar.

Comfort with Docker, CI/CD, and reading logs when something breaks at 2am.

Being honest with you

We're early. The codebase is real and it works, but there's technical debt and some of it is the kind you'll want to fix in your first month. We're not going to pretend otherwise — you'd be joining to make it better, and you'll have the room to do that.

The team is small enough that what you build ships within days and users notice. If you want process and layers, this isn't it.

EXITEK is looking for a talented Photo Retoucher with strong Photoshop skills and experience using Generative AI tools to create high-quality advertising creatives for our mobile photo editing apps.

About the Role

You will create and retouch images used in paid advertising and social media campaigns, helping showcase the capabilities of our photo editing products through compelling visual content.

Responsibilities

• Retouch and enhance photos using Adobe Photoshop
• Create high-quality ad creatives and before-and-after transformations
• Use Generative AI tools to assist with image creation and editing
• Adapt creatives for Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and other marketing channels
• Collaborate with marketing and user acquisition teams to develop and test new concepts
• Maintain high visual quality and consistency across all assets

Requirements

• Strong Photoshop and photo retouching skills
• Experience creating advertising or social media creatives
• Experience with Generative AI tools such as Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Flux, Firefly, or similar
• Good understanding of composition, color, lighting, and visual aesthetics
• Ability to work efficiently and produce multiple creative variations
• Strong attention to detail

Nice to Have

• Experience working with mobile apps or consumer products
• Performance marketing creative experience
• Familiarity with Lightroom or other professional editing tools
• Experience working with user acquisition or growth marketing teams
