About the Role:

We are building a strong support team for our US client — an online furniture store — and looking for a Customer Support Representative to deliver outstanding customer experience.

Requirements:

• Upper-Intermediate (B2) spoken and writing English
• 1+ year of experience in Customer Support/Customer Care
• Ability to resolve challenging situations and focus on the client's needs
• Client-oriented mindset
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally

• Working evening shifts (15:00–24:00 Ukrainian time)

Key Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
— Plan testing and compile test documentation.
— Participate in the testing process at all stages of development.
— Communicate with individuals involved in the development process.
— Verify corrected defects.
— Prepare error reports and more.

Required Skills:
— English proficiency: at least B2.
— Understanding of modern gaming applications.
— Knowledge of testing theory.
— Ability to write test documentation.
— A rich gaming experience in various genres.
— Desire to develop in game development testing with the best experts in this field.
