About the Role:
We are building a strong support team for our US client — an online furniture store — and looking for a Customer Support Representative to deliver outstanding customer experience.
Requirements:
- Advanced (C1) spoken and written English
- 1+ year of experience in Customer Support/Customer Care, with mandatory phone-based communication experience
- Proven ability to confidently and clearly communicate with customers in real-time via phone calls
- Strong client-oriented mindset and focus on customer needs
- Ability to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively
- High attention to detail
- Availability to work evening shifts (15:00–24:00 Ukrainian time)
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicating with customers via phone, chat, and email
- Managing support tickets and ensuring timely resolution
- Handling calls with customers and vendors
- Providing high-quality service and maintaining customer satisfaction
- Collaborating closely with the US Customer Care team
