This role is for someone who lives inside internet culture, understands how trends spread, knows what feels fresh vs cringe, and can turn ideas into content fast. You should be comfortable working with AI tools daily, creating content end-to-end, and optimizing it for reach, engagement, installs, and purchases.

You will own the full cycle of social media content production across multiple accounts: research, ideation, scripting, AI-assisted content creation, editing, publishing, analytics, and iteration.

What you’ll do

• Manage and grow up to 5 social media accounts across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and X
• Create short-form content in English for AI products, mobile apps, and SaaS tools
• Research trends, formats, memes, hooks, and viral mechanics relevant to each niche
• Turn product features and ideas into content that drives organic traffic, installs, and purchases
• Use AI tools daily for ideation, scripting, image generation, video generation, voice, editing assistance, and content packaging
• Create content yourself in a hands-on way: from research to final edited asset
• Work with UGC creators when needed and coordinate content production with them
• Build a repeatable content production system that can scale across multiple accounts and products
• Publish content, manage posting workflows, and maintain consistent output
• Track performance metrics, document results, and maintain clear analytics/reporting
• Analyze what works, identify patterns, test hypotheses fast, and improve content strategy based on data
• Iterate quickly: test new formats, double down on winners, kill weak directions fast

Your tasks:
