We're looking for an experienced SEO specialist to own and grow organic search for our B2B SaaS products (pics.io, toriut.com) in English-speaking markets. This is not an entry-level role — we need someone who has already driven measurable organic growth for a SaaS product and knows how SEO turns into pipeline, not just traffic.

You'll set the strategy, get your hands dirty, and work closely with our SEO writer and outreach specialist to execute it.

What you'll do
Own the SEO roadmap end-to-end: keyword and search-intent research, topic clusters, and prioritization tied to our ICP and funnel — the goal is qualified trials and demos, not vanity traffic.
Run on-page and technical SEO: audits, internal linking, page speed, crawlability, structured data, and fixing what's holding rankings back.
Brief and QA our SEO writer, keeping content aligned with search intent and product.
Coordinate off-page work with our outreach specialist: link-building strategy, digital PR angles, and quality backlinks.
Optimize for how search actually works now — SERP features, AI Overviews, and answer engines (GEO/AEO), not just ten blue links.
Track what matters: rankings, organic traffic, and downstream signups/demos. Report clearly and adjust based on data.

Requirements
3+ years of hands-on SEO, with proven experience growing organic search for a B2B SaaS product in the US / English-speaking markets (a must — not general or local SEO).
A track record of measurable results (organic traffic, rankings, or pipeline growth) you can walk us through.
Strong technical SEO: audits, site architecture, Core Web Vitals, structured data.
Confident with Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and GA4.
Solid understanding of search intent and how to map content to a SaaS buyer journey.
Advanced written English.
Data-driven, organized, proactive, and precise.
To show you actually read this: start your application with the word "canonical" and include one specific result you're proud of (metric + timeframe).

Nice to have
Experience with GEO / AI-search optimization (AI Overviews, LLM citations).
Familiarity with product-led / educational-first content strategy.
Basic HTML/CSS and comfort working with dev teams on technical fixes.
Experience coordinating link-building or digital PR.
Understanding of how SEO connects to paid, email, and lifecycle.

How to apply
Send your CV plus one short case study: a B2B SaaS project where you drove organic growth — the situation, what you did, and the measurable outcome. Portfolio welcome but secondary to results.

Requirements

• Communication: Stellar C1–C2 / Fluent English with confident verbal presentation skills and comfort leading deep-dive discovery calls with US clients.
• Product Experience: Proven track record as a PM in B2B SaaS, developer tools, RPA, or workflow automation platforms.
• Technical Acumen: Understanding of technical concepts (APIs, DOM, web fundamentals, LLMs) to effectively communicate and negotiate with engineering teams.
• Autonomy & Ownership: Ability to operate independently and make tactical decisions in a fast-paced, engineering-driven environment.
• AI Tooling: Active daily use of AI-native tools for spec writing, data analysis, and product ideation.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the InsureTech domain
• Background in fast-paced venture-backed startup environments.
• Experience with browser automation frameworks (Playwright, Puppeteer) or data infrastructure.
• Familiarity with LLM function calling, structured outputs, or agentic workflows.

We Offer

• A fast-paced, highly professional, international team environment with a flat structure and rapid decision-making.
• Competitive compensation and bonus packages commensurate with your background and product portfolio.

We're hiring a Senior Data Engineer / Data Analyst to own our data end to end: the pipelines into ClickHouse and BigQuery, our migration to ClickHouse, and the analytics supporting our social casino and mystery-box ecommerce businesses.

About the Company

We develop social casino games and mystery-box ecommerce applications for web and mobile. Our social casino products operate on a virtual-coin economy with live ops, missions, and promotions. We are also developing mystery-box ecommerce brands where customers purchase boxes containing real physical products.

Data drives our product decisions: which players and buyers to acquire, which promotions to run, and how to keep each economy healthy. You'll be responsible for making that data reliable and turning it into actionable insights.

What You'll Do

Build and Run the Pipelines

• Own ingestion into ClickHouse and BigQuery from PostgreSQL and MongoDB change-data-capture, client and server events, payment providers, and AppsFlyer.
• Run and extend the Airflow DAGs that build our bronze, silver, and gold layers. Make every job idempotent, backfillable, and monitored.
• Add freshness and quality checks, and alert when a table is late or wrong.
• Make ClickHouse our main analytics warehouse in place of BigQuery, starting with our mystery-box products.
• Design ClickHouse schemas, sort keys, materialized views, and retention for events, orders, and wallet data.
• Migrate pipelines, models, and dashboards, and run both warehouses side by side until the numbers match.
• Keep BigQuery reliable and cost-controlled while the social casino products still run on it.

Build the Business Analytics

• Maintain the KPI layer leadership uses to run the company: DAU, revenue, retention, LTV, ROAS, and economy health.
• Move reporting off Tableau and older analytics tools onto our own AI dashboards, built in-house on the tables you create.
• Answer ad hoc questions for product, live ops, marketing, and finance.
• Design A/B tests and promotion experiments, and interpret their results accurately.

Work with the Product Teams

• Agree on event schemas and tracking with backend and client engineers before a feature ships.
• Define metrics consistently and document every table so all teams and AI dashboards report the same numbers.

Questions You'll Answer

These are examples of the questions you'll own, from the pipeline to the answer.

Social Casino

• Which acquisition sources pay back, and by which day?
• How do missions, promotions, and coinback change retention and spend?
• Is the virtual-coin economy inflating?
• Where do new players drop off in their first session?

Mystery-Box Ecommerce

• Which boxes convert from view to purchase, and why?
• How does the value of the products received compare with box prices across different tiers?
• Do referrals and promotions bring repeat buyers or one-time discount hunters?
• Which countries and devices grow fastest?

Company

• What is one revenue and margin view across all products for the CEO and CFO?
• Which metrics should every team report the same way?

Our Data Stack

• Sources: PostgreSQL (transactions, wallets, payments), MongoDB (missions, segmentation, analytics projections), client and server events, AppsFlyer.
• Ingestion: Change-data-capture mirrors of PostgreSQL and MongoDB into ClickHouse and BigQuery; Airflow for scheduled jobs.
• Main Warehouse: ClickHouse, replacing BigQuery, with mystery-box products moving first. It also holds our telemetry through OpenTelemetry (ClickStack).
• Legacy Warehouse: BigQuery, organized in bronze, silver, gold, and semantic layers until the migration is complete.
• Cloud: Google Cloud and AWS.
• Products: TypeScript backends, React web apps, native mobile apps.
• Dashboards: In-house AI dashboards built on ClickHouse and BigQuery tables, replacing Tableau and older analytics tools.

What You Bring

• 6+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or a data analyst role where you built and owned production pipelines.
• Expert SQL, including window functions, cohort queries, and query-plan tuning.
• Production ClickHouse: MergeTree table engines, sort keys, materialized views, and TTLs. Having led a warehouse migration is a strong plus.
• Production experience with BigQuery: partitioning, clustering, scheduled jobs, and cost control.
• Python for pipelines, and an orchestrator such as Airflow. dbt or a similar modeling tool is a plus.
• Change-data-capture or event streaming from operational databases (for example, Datastream, Debezium, Pub/Sub, or Kafka).
• Data modeling you can defend: layered or dimensional models, slowly changing dimensions, safe backfills.
• Product analytics: retention cohorts, LTV, ARPDAU, funnels, and A/B test design with a correct read of significance.
• Analytics that go beyond a BI tool: you design the tables, metric definitions, and queries an AI dashboard can answer from correctly. Tableau experience helps with the migration.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.

Nice to Have

• Social casino, free-to-play, or mobile gaming analytics: virtual-currency economies, live ops, payer conversion.
• Ecommerce or mystery-box analytics: conversion funnels, average order value, repeat purchase, box value versus price, promotion and referral attribution.
• Mobile measurement partner data (AppsFlyer or similar), user acquisition, and ROAS modeling.
• OpenTelemetry or ClickStack, and observability data at volume.
• Infrastructure as code (Terraform) on Google Cloud or AWS.
• Enough TypeScript to add or fix an event at the source.
• Privacy-safe data handling: PII separation and account-deletion requests.

✅ Additional Support: Assist with client proposals and relevant service recommendations, support sales and marketing initiatives, and participate in industry events when needed.

💻 What We're Looking For

🔹 2+ years of relevant experience in documentation, administration, case processing, client onboarding, legal or accounting support, banking, compliance, or a similar field.

🔹 Hands-on experience with documents: You know how to prepare, review, and process paperwork carefully, and you understand why small details matter.

🔹 Strong organisational skills: You'll manage several cases, deadlines, and follow-ups at once. You can prioritise tasks, keep track of outstanding items, and make sure nothing gets overlooked.

🔹 English C1, particularly strong written communication skills for client correspondence and documentation.

🔹 Experience with CRM systems, databases, or case-management tools. Bitrix24 experience is a plus.

🔹 Ability to learn quickly: There will be plenty of new information, procedures, and details to absorb, especially at the beginning. You don't need to know everything from day one, but you should be comfortable learning and applying new information.

🔹 Responsibility and independence: You can follow established procedures, handle routine tasks consistently, and take ownership of your work without constant supervision.

🔹 Discretion and reliability: You understand the importance of handling confidential client and financial information responsibly.

You’re an experienced backend engineer who can deliver a feature across the stack. You care about reliable systems, thoughtful data models and the experience those systems make possible. You can build the interface a feature needs and know when to bring in a teammate’s perspective.

Here’s what we mean by an experienced engineer:

• Clear communication: You set realistic expectations, follow through on commitments and flag risks or difficulties early.
• Ownership: You take responsibility for getting useful software into people’s hands, including the details that make it reliable.
• Constructive disagreement: You can challenge an idea, explain your reasoning and change your mind when the evidence changes.

• Product judgement: You care about the problem behind a request and how the result will feel to the person using it.

If you’ve built a company or a product of your own, we’d love to hear about it. Curiosity and the drive to build something worthwhile matter here.

What you’ll build

• Build and evolve APIs, data models, and background jobs for Curie’s libraries, shared research spaces, social communication, and more.
• Make those systems dependable as the product grows: investigate failures, improve performance and handle data carefully.
• Carry features through to the frontend when needed, with attention to usability as well as correctness.

• Work with the team on product and architecture decisions, turning an open-ended problem into software people can use.

Tech stack

• Primarily TypeScript
• Frontend: SvelteKit, Tailwind, DaisyUI, Playwright, Electron
• Backend: Node.js, PostgreSQL, Fastify and queues
• Architecture: domain-driven design (DDD) and CQRS

• ML components and AI services are mostly in Python.

The technologies we use aren’t set in stone. We may shift tools occasionally; we care far more about value than the technology behind it.

Engineering culture

• Autonomy with ownership: You have room to make technical decisions and take responsibility for their consequences.
• Optional code reviews: A second pair of eyes is available when you want one. Ask for help or challenge a decision when it would improve the result.
• Shared context: Keep teammates informed about decisions, dependencies and problems that affect their work.
• Direct, constructive feedback: Be specific about what needs to improve, explain why and treat people with respect.
• Useful tools: We use AI and other tools where they help us build better software. You remain responsible for the work you ship.

• Frontend testing: Test coverage is still limited. Good architecture and experienced engineers do not replace tests.

Recruitment process

Our hiring process is straightforward: get to know each other, discuss the work and see how you approach a practical problem.

1. AI Assisted Screening
2. Technical Challenge (~4 hours) - Use AI, Google, or anything else you need. There are no rules - we care about the result, not the method.
3. Short introductory interview
4. Meet with team interview

5. Full time contract with 1-month trial period. The industry standard is 3 months, but we respect your time too much for that. We keep the feedback loop tight so you know exactly where you stand.

Why join Curie

1. Work on a problem worth caring about

Science advances when people can find useful work, understand it and build on it together. Too much of that effort is scattered across papers, browser tabs, notes and disconnected tools. We’re building Curie to bring those activities together and give researchers AI tools that help them go further.

Our ambition is to change how people learn and do research. If you’re someone who gets absorbed in a subject and wants to understand it deeply, we want you to help build the tool you wish you had.

2. Learn by building, with real responsibility

You’ll work on difficult problems alongside people who have built products and companies before. There is room to stretch beyond your strongest discipline, try ideas and learn from what happens when people use them.

You’ll have a direct hand in what Curie becomes: the product decisions, the technical foundations and the details people use every day. That responsibility is a big part of the opportunity.

3. Build with people who want to go far

We’re here because this is a problem we want to spend our energy on. We value independent thinkers who also enjoy building with others: sharing what they know, asking for help and backing each other through difficult work.

You should expect to be trusted, challenged and heard. We want to build a company and a product we’re proud of, with people who care deeply about both.

About the project:
A connected beauty technology company building a smart mirror (in-store, running proprietary software) and a mobile app on iOS and Android. Behind both sits the company’s intelligence layer, which includes an AI Skin Analyzer, a virtual makeup artist, and a routine builder. Skin analysis already runs on proprietary models — the next step is live, realistic rendering on a real face, on a phone and on a wall-mounted mirror.

The role:
This role has more ownership than most: there is no existing face-rendering team to join, and you’ll set its standards. It also has more physical hardware than most software roles — you’ll work with a real Smart Mirror and real devices, and some of the hardest problems (light, skin, cameras) only show up there.

We are hiring an engineer to own the real-time face rendering behind three products:

• Treatment Preview — previews cosmetic treatments on the user’s own face (wrinkle smoothing and brow lift for neurotoxin-style treatments, lip and cheek volume for dermal fillers);
• AR product try-on — letting a shopper see a specific lipstick, blush, or foundation shade from the catalog on their own face, live, with accurate color matching;
• Guided makeup looks — walking a user step by step through a complete makeup look rendered live on their own face, built on the same shared engine.

This is a hands-on senior IC role. You’ll be the person who knows how the face engine works, building it rather than integrating someone else’s. The Flutter app team builds the screens around your work, and ML engineers own the analysis models. You own everything between the camera frame and the pixels on screen.

What you’ll work on:

• Build a shared face-rendering engine for Android and iOS: camera frames in, face tracking, region masks and warps, GPU shading, and frames out to a Flutter texture;
• Build Treatment Preview: smoothing, warps, and volume effects rendered behind a Flutter texture, guided by a wrinkle mask that updates slower than the frame rate, keeping effects stable on a moving face;
• Build realistic makeup rendering: lips, cheeks, base, eyes, with finishes (matte, satin, gloss, shimmer) that respond to light and work across the full range of skin tones;
• Connect the product catalog to the face: a pipeline that turns a product’s shade and finish into rendering parameters, scalable to thousands of products;
• Build multi-step guided makeup looks on the new engine;
• Optimize for real hardware: modern iPhones, mid-range Android phones, and a Smart Mirror running a 4K USB camera all day in-store;
• Measure quality: stability, color accuracy against real product swatches, and failure rates by skin tone, lighting, and face angle.

Tech stack:

• Rendering: OpenGL ES 2.0/3.0 (GLSL) on Android, Metal on iOS;
• Face geometry: ML Kit face detection for capture; dense face landmarks and blendshapes for rendering;
• Image processing: C++ with OpenCV;
• Native: Kotlin and C++ on Android, Swift on iOS;
• App: Flutter (Dart) with Bloc — you’ll write the platform-channel and texture boundary, and the app team writes the UI;
• Test devices: iPhone, Galaxy-class Android, and the company’s Smart Mirror.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional software engineering, including substantial real-time graphics work — you have written and shipped GPU shaders (GLSL, Metal, HLSL, or similar) in a product that ran at frame rate on real devices. This is the single most important requirement;
• Hands-on work with face tracking or face geometry: landmarks, face meshes, UV mapping, region masks, warps, or morphs (AR filters, virtual try-on, avatars, and face retouching all count);
• Native mobile development on Android (Kotlin/Java, NDK/C++) or iOS (Swift/Objective-C), with willingness to work on both;
• Experience putting ML models in a real-time pipeline, designing rendering around the model being the slow part;
• Practical grasp of color and image processing: color spaces and gamma, blending, frequency separation, filtering;
• An eye for realism and the discipline to measure it;
• Comfort working in an existing codebase;
• Clear English, spoken and written, with a working style that holds up across time zones.

Will be a plus:

• Shipped a virtual makeup try-on, beauty filter, or face-retouching product;
• Flutter external textures or platform views, or embedding native rendering in any cross-platform UI framework;
• Training or fine-tuning segmentation models (face parsing, lips, skin) and building the datasets behind them;
• Physically based shading, or measuring color from real product swatches;
• Experience with inclusive evaluation across Fitzpatrick skin types, lighting conditions, and ages;
• Low-level Android camera work (Camera2, UVC/external cameras) or embedded devices;
• Knowledge of aesthetic medicine, or experience building consumer features near medical claims.

Working hours:
Our engineering team works in Central European time, and our leadership team is on the US East Coast. Your working day ends at 20:00 CET, and dependable availability through the afternoon until then is a firm requirement of this role. That’s the window where your day overlaps with the US morning, when decisions get made, priorities get set, and cross-team questions get answered.

Not required — please apply anyway if you don’t have these:

• Beauty or cosmetics domain knowledge;
• Flutter or Dart experience;
• A computer science or graphics degree.

We offer:

• Remote work;
• Legal support;
• Paid sick leaves and vacations;
• Medical insurance;
• Free English classes.
