    🔧 Tech Stack

    🛠️ Responsibilities

    • Develop new backend algorithms based on specifications provided by our analytics team. These may include:
      • Off-chain strategies involving CEX APIs (e.g., arbitrage, price monitoring, execution logic)
      • On-chain actions such as swaps, bridging, and yield management across Solana, EVM, and non-EVM networks
    • Maintain and support the codebase after deployment
    • Optimize and enhance existing logic and systems for performance and reliability
    • Ensure code is clean, scalable, and adheres to best practices – speed and uptime are critical
    • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and be able to adapt to new tools and protocols quickly

     

     

    ✅ Requirements

    • Proven Web3 experience building production-grade backend services using Node.js and NestJS
    • Solid understanding of relational databases and ORM tools (PostgreSQL, Drizzle, TypeORM)
    • Familiarity with microservice architecture and messaging systems like NATS
    • Docker experience for local and production deployments
    • Strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals, including differences between various chains (e.g., Solana, Ethereum, etc.)
    • Understanding of token standards (e.g., ERC-20, ERC-721, SPL, etc.) and how to interact with them
    • Practical experience performing on-chain actions (swaps, contract calls, bridging, etc.)
    • Experience working with external APIs, including CEXs, DeFi protocols, and analytical services
    • Ability to write clean, maintainable, and high-performance code
    • Ability to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies quickly

    • Base salary: $3,000 – $5,000 USD/month
    • Bonuses: % of revenue generated from successful algorithm performance

    Requirements

    • English: Advanced, is required;
    • 6+ months of experience in IT lead generation;
    • Have an understanding of web development technologies;
    • Be ready to study a large theoretical base of IT terms and concepts needed for daily work;
    • Willingness to study sales literature and develop yourself further as a sales specialist;
