From merchant onboarding to bank integrations, from PSP partnerships to payment infrastructure - this is where fintech operations meet global payments.

To build and expand this infrastructure, we are looking for a BizDev Manager (Banking & PSP Partnerships) who understands how payment companies establish relationships with banks, EMIs, and PSPs - and can lead partnership development and onboarding processes across multiple jurisdictions.

This role sits at the intersection of business development, banking partnerships, and payment infrastructure setup.

Your Mission

Build and manage the network of banking and PSP partnerships required for operating a high-risk payment infrastructure.

You will be responsible for identifying payment partners, leading onboarding with banks and EMIs, and ensuring that the company has the operational accounts, acquiring setups, and payment capabilities required to serve global merchants.

What You Will Do

Banking & PSP Partnerships

• Identify and establish partnerships with banks, EMIs, acquiring partners, and PSPs
• Evaluate payment providers and payment solutions suitable for merchant needs
• Build long-term relationships with payment partners across multiple jurisdictions
• Support expansion of the company’s payment infrastructure across new markets

Onboarding & Account Setup

• Manage end-to-end onboarding with banks, EMIs, and PSPs
• Prepare and submit onboarding packages and documentation
•  Coordinate due diligence processes with financial institutions
• Open and maintain: operational accounts, merchant acquiring accounts, MID / payment processing setups

Documentation & Compliance Preparation

• Prepare and structure full KYC / AML / Due Diligence documentation packages
•  Build corporate documentation including: Shareholder / UBO structures, Source of funds explanations, Corporate documentation packages

Payment Infrastructure Coordination

• Work closely with Finance, Compliance, and Operations teams to ensure smooth integration of payment providers
• Support implementation of new payment methods and acquiring channels

• Monitor onboarding timelines and partner activation

• Experience: Proven bank / EMI onboarding experience for fintech, PSP, or payment companies.

Experience 

• 5+ years of software development experience
• Strong expertise in Golang and building production-grade backend systems. 

Architecture & Systems

The Role

We are hiring an Executive Operations Manager to serve as a direct operational support to our CEO. This is not a traditional Executive Assistant position. • Pull and format weekly operational dashboards from Turvo, QuickBooks, and HubSpot
• Run down accounts receivable discrepancies and flag issues

• Support the company's strategic advisor with slide deck preparation and data pulls

Process & SOP Ownership

• Draft and maintain internal SOPs for recurring operational processes
• Document workflows across departments as they are formalized
• Research and recommend operational tools within defined budget parameters
• Integrate approved tools into existing workflows

Operational Problem-Solving

• Investigate and resolve minor operational issues across departments before they reach the CEO
• Triage which priorities you can personally handle vs. what needs to be escalated
• Reschedule initiative timelines when circumstances change
• Coordinate with internal team members across operations, accounting, and brokerage

Decision-Making Authority

This role carries real decision-making responsibility within defined boundaries. You will not be waiting for approval on every task.

You will decide: which tools to investigate, which software to select within budget, how to reschedule internal timelines, how to triage and route requests, and how to resolve calendar conflicts.

You will escalate: any commitment to external parties, expenditures above threshold, changes to sales or pricing, and strategic or partnership decisions.

Who You Are

• 2-5 years in operations, executive support, or chief of staff-adjacent roles at a growing company (under 50 employees preferred)
• Comfortable wearing multiple hats and operating across departments
• Can make decisions without perfect information; does not freeze with ambiguous direction
• Strong written communicator: SOPs, slide decks, and emails without heavy editing
• Data-literate: can pull and present operational and financial data without being an analyst

Tools You Will Use

Turvo (TMS), QuickBooks Online, HubSpot (CRM), Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Excel/Sheets. You do not need to be an expert in all of these on day one, but you should be comfortable learning quickly.

What Success Looks Like

At 30 days: The CEO has measurably more free time. Recurring tasks are transferred and running on schedule.

At 60 days: You are proactively resolving minor issues before they reach the CEO. You have recommended or implemented at least one process improvement.

At 90 days: The CEO feels like you are an extension of himself. Internal stakeholders engage with you directly. Minimal oversight needed.

Job Description

- 6+ years of relevant commercial experience as a frontend engineer.

- Deep expertise in the Chrome Extension API (permissions, declarativeNetRequest, messaging, storage). 

- Experience bypassing anti-scraping measures or handling highly obfuscated DOM structures. Familiarity with Shadow DOM and its impact on style isolation and scraping.

- Proven experience migrating or building under Manifest V3 architecture.

- Mastery of React for building extension-specific UIs (Sidepanels, Action Popups).

- Proven experience contributing to mature Chrome extension projects maintained by multiple R&D teams, with complex shared codebases.

- Experience developing or maintaining automation and performance testing tools to monitor extension impact at scale, detect regressions, and ensure minimal disruption to end users.

Job Responsibilities

Our Chrome/Edge extension is a core part of the clinician's daily workflow. It lives alongside Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, capturing data and providing real-time AI suggestions. We need a high-level specialist to lead the development of this extension, ensuring it remains robust against external site changes and maintains strict medical-grade security. Part of your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

- Lead the architecture and development of our browser extensions using Manifest V3.

- Build sophisticated content scripts that reliably scrape and interact with dynamic EHR platforms.

- Manage complex background logic using Service Workers for session lifecycle management.

- Ensure the extension’s React-based UI (popups and overlays) is high-performance and non-intrusive.
