Email-marketing Manager

We are looking for an Email Marketing Manager to manage and improve our email campaigns.The ideal candidate has strong HTML skills for building email templates, experience with marketing automation platforms (Customer.io is preferred), and a good understanding of lifecycle marketing and performance metrics.

In this role, you will create and optimise email templates, set up automated journeys, and work with data to improve engagement and conversions.

Requirements:

• 1–2+ years of experience in Email / CRM Marketing
• Strong HTML skills for email development (responsive design, cross-client compatibility)
• Experience building modular email templates using reusable snippets
• Hands-on experience with Customer.io (is preferred)
• Strong copywriting skills for marketing emails (subject lines, CTAs, structured messaging)
• Understanding of A/B testing and campaign optimisation
• Experience using AI tools to enhance content creation and workflow efficiency
• Analytical mindset with the ability to track and interpret key performance metrics
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills

Responsibilities:

• Plan, build, and execute promotional and automated email campaigns
• Develop and maintain HTML email templates
• Set up and optimise customer journeys in Customer.io, Smartico.
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance (open rate, CTR, revenue, etc.)
• Conduct A/B tests to improve results
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams
• Ensure best practices in email deliverability and compliance

Nice to have

• Experience in iGaming or performance-driven industries
• Experience with omnichannel marketing (SMS, Push)
• Basic design skills (Figma or similar tools)
