We provide White Label Cloud Banking software that helps companies to build and launch Banking projects, PSPs, NEO-banks, Wallets, FX services and other FinTech products in days.
Crassula uses a hybrid employment model, where teammates can choose to work in the offices located in Riga, Larnaca or remotely.
Our team shares experience in banking and payments, compliance and sales, design and security, which helps us to always move, improve and deliver in a professional and friendly manner.
Technical Support Responsibilities:
• Troubleshooting technical issues.
• Diagnosing and repairing faults.
• Speaking to customers to quickly get to the root of their problem.
• Providing timely and accurate customer feedback.
• Providing support in the form of procedural documentation.
• Managing multiple cases at one time.
Technical Support Requirements:
• Associate degree or above in computer science, information systems, or a related field
• Experience with REST API
• Experience with helpdesk (Jira)
• Prior experience working on a Helpdesk, in IT, or a similar technical function
• Proficiency in Linux
• Previous experience in Fintech is an advantage
• Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Good written and verbal communication
• English – upper intermediate
