Junior Influence Marketing Specialist

We’re looking for a Junior Influence Marketing Specialist to help grow our CS2 products. You’ll team up with creators from around the world, dive deep into influencer marketing, research what works, and collaborate closely with our marketing team to bring value to the product.

📍 What to Do

• Look for YouTube, Twitch, and other platform influencers while building and maintaining influencer databases
• Run mass outreach campaigns and secure 20+ influencer partnerships per month
• Coordinate influencer collaborations by sharing campaign materials, preparing briefs, answering questions, and supporting IM Managers throughout the entire collaboration
• Review influencer content, provide creative feedback, and ensure every deliverable aligns with campaign briefs and objectives
• Engage in partnership discussions, analyze campaign performance, and contribute to creative brainstorming
• Develop creative concepts for influencer marketing campaigns and bring them to life through influencer collaborations
• Use internal tools, improve team processes, and leverage AI to streamline workflows and boost efficiency

 🦸 Your Superpowers

• Upper-Intermediate English (B2+), both written and spoken
• 1+ year of experience in Marketing, Influencer Marketing, or a related field
• Understanding of the esports and gaming industry
• Knowledge of digital marketing and performance marketing principles. Experience with analytics and reporting tools
• A proactive mindset, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Confident use of AI tools to improve productivity and automate workflows

🤘 Bonus Points

• Fluency in Chinese, German, French, Portuguese, Spanish, or another APAC language
• Passion for Counter-Strike and esports
• Content creation experience (YouTube is a plus)
• Creative copywriting or concept development skills
• Knowledge of YouTube SEO and algorithms
• Partner-facing communication experience
