MEGAVAST is an international IT product company that has been developing software for over 9 years. Our offices are located in Kyiv, Kharkiv, Israel, and Cyprus. Due to the expansion of our team in Kyiv, we are looking for a Junior IT Account Manager. The position requires working from the office during the adaptation period. The office is located right next to the "Olimpiiska" metro station.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work directly with clients
• Understand client needs
• Present suitable solutions correctly
• Maintain and develop client communication
• Apply a sales/account-management mindset

Requirements:

- Commercial experience as an account manager from 6 month 

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.

- Self-learning ability and a desire to develop in project management.

- Ability to resolve conflicts and maintain a positive work environment.

- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work with deadlines.

- Completed higher education.

- Knowledge of English at least at the Upper-Intermediate level for team communication.
