Motion Designer

RedCore is an international business group that creates technological solutions for digital markets. Our products and services cover fintech, marketing, e-commerce, customer service, communications and regulatory technologies. 

We are looking for a Motion Designer to join our team.

Requirements:
 – Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator);
– Good knowledge in Figma is a big plus
– Expert knowledge of AI tools for generating visuals (static/animation), and basic understanding of AI for voiceovers and music generation;
– Experienced in creating diverse digital promo materials (banners, videos, event visuals, etc);
– Confidently uses AI (ChatGPT, Gemini etc.) to accelerate processes and generate multiple ideas;
– Strong grasp of composition, typography and color; can rationally defend design choices;
– Must Have: A strong, diverse portfolio.
 

Will be plus:

– Deep AI Integration: Treats AI as a core partner in the creative workflow;
– Relevant Experience: Work background in Media, PR, or Marketing Agency;
– Bonus Skill: Simple 3D graphics ability.
