Senior Full Stack developer (Python/React)

Project: Fast-growing SaaS startup transforming the professional services industry with AI-powered software that automates complex workflows across documents, search, and matter management.

Responsibilities:
• Act as an independent technical owner to deliver complex product and infrastructure features from architectural design to deployment
• Build and optimize AI-powered workflows, including LLM agents, document processing, and tool calling
• Design robust backend systems, APIs, data flows, queues, and third-party integrations
• Debug and resolve complex production issues across the full stack using traces and logs
• Utilize AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex) as a daily force multiplier to accelerate development velocity

Requirements:
• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong proficiency in Python with FastAPI (or similar frameworks) and TypeScript with React
• Advanced SQL expertise and schema design, preferably with PostgreSQL
• Solid experience with cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, or GCP), Docker, and CI/CD pipelines
• Deep architectural skills for designing highly reliable async systems, APIs, workers, and queues
• Hands-on technical experience operating production LLM features, agents, prompt workflows, and RAG/search systems
• Practical experience with observability, metrics, and tracing tools (Datadog, PostHog, Langfuse, OpenTelemetry)
• Proven track record of autonomous, end-to-end delivery of production-ready systems
