🔸 Creative strategy: Build the weekly and monthly creative strategy across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Meta ads, TikTok ads, Amazon video ads, TikTok Shop content, advertorials, and listicles.
🔸 Paid ad creative: Write and develop high-performing scripts for Meta ads, TikTok ads, Amazon video ads, and AI-assisted UGC videos.
🔸 TikTok Shop growth: Create a system for bulk TikTok Shop content, creator briefs, affiliate-style videos, product education videos, objection-handling videos, and conversion-led short-form content.
🔸 Organic social growth: Build the content plan to grow Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts with content that creates attention, trust, authority, and buying intent.
🔸 UGC and creator workflow: Brief UGC creators clearly, review raw footage, direct editors, and create a smooth production process from idea to final asset.

We are looking for an experienced Senior E-commerce SMM Lead with a strong background in promoting physical products in the US market.

In this role, you will build and lead the brand’s social media presence across key platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. You will be responsible for developing the SMM strategy, shaping the brand’s positioning, and connecting marketing goals with our internal Production Department — a “content factory” that includes a creative manager and a team of around 15 creators.

✅ 2–3+ years of experience as an SMM Lead / Senior SMM / Social Media Manager in e-commerce projects.
✅ Hands-on experience with physical products, preferably for the US market.

❇️ Track and analyze key metrics: ER, Reach, CTR, video retention, profile visits, link clicks, and conversions to traffic.

Job Description

- Deep expertise in the Chrome Extension API (permissions, declarativeNetRequest, messaging, storage). 

- Experience bypassing anti-scraping measures or handling highly obfuscated DOM structures. Familiarity with Shadow DOM and its impact on style isolation and scraping.

- Proven experience migrating or building under Manifest V3 architecture.

- Mastery of React for building extension-specific UIs (Sidepanels, Action Popups).

- Strong knowledge of Content Security Policy (CSP) and cross-origin resource sharing (CORS) in an extension context.

- 6+ years of relevant commercial experience as a frontend engineer.

- Experience with TypeScript to ensure type safety across different extension environments.

Job Responsibilities

Our Chrome/Edge extension is a core part of the clinician's daily workflow. It lives alongside Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, capturing data and providing real-time AI suggestions. We need a high-level specialist to lead the development of this extension, ensuring it remains robust against external site changes and maintains strict medical-grade security. Part of your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

- Lead the architecture and development of our browser extensions using Manifest V3.

- Build sophisticated content scripts that reliably scrape and interact with dynamic EHR platforms.
