We are a fast-growing D2C skincare brand operating in the US, Canada, and the UK. We have been in business for five years, selling through our website, Amazon marketplaces, and TikTok Shop, and scaling fast.
Our products are built around quality, trust, visible results, and a premium customer experience. We are now looking for the person who can build our content and creative growth engine.
π About the role
This is not a traditional βmake pretty postsβ role. The company is looking for someone who understands how content drives attention, trust, conversions, and revenue.
Your mission will be to build and run a high-volume creative growth engine that helps scale TikTok Shop, improve paid ad performance, grow social channels, and turn content into a measurable revenue driver.
You will own the full creative process β from research and creative angles to scripts, creator briefs, editor briefs, final assets, launch, performance analysis, and iterations.

Requirements
πΉ D2C ecommerce experience is a must
πΉ Experience working with physical consumer products and their online promotion
πΉ Experience writing paid ad scripts
πΉ Strong understanding of Meta creative testing
πΉ Strong understanding of TikTok, UGC, and short-form content
πΉ TikTok Shop experience would be a strong plus
πΉ Experience growing a brand, product, page, or ad account through creative strategy
πΉ Experience managing UGC creators and video editors
πΉ Ability to turn customer pain points, objections, reviews, and product benefits into strong creative angles
πΉ Understanding of content that converts, not only content that looks visually appealing
πΉ High level of autonomy and ownership
πΉ Ability to move fast without sacrificing quality
πΉ Comfortable being measured by performance and results
πΉFluent or conversational English
π Responsibilities
πΈ Creative strategy: Build the weekly and monthly creative strategy across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Meta ads, TikTok ads, Amazon video ads, TikTok Shop content, advertorials, and listicles.
πΈ Paid ad creative: Write and develop high-performing scripts for Meta ads, TikTok ads, Amazon video ads, and AI-assisted UGC videos.
πΈ TikTok Shop growth: Create a system for bulk TikTok Shop content, creator briefs, affiliate-style videos, product education videos, objection-handling videos, and conversion-led short-form content.
πΈ Organic social growth: Build the content plan to grow Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts with content that creates attention, trust, authority, and buying intent.
πΈ UGC and creator workflow: Brief UGC creators clearly, review raw footage, direct editors, and create a smooth production process from idea to final asset.
πΈ Performance feedback loop: Work closely with the media buyer to understand what creatives are converting, what is failing, and what needs to be tested next.
πΈ AI-assisted creative production: Use AI tools to speed up research, ideation, scripting, competitive analysis, AI UGC concepts, and creative variation testing without producing generic content.
