Head of Acquisition

We are an iGaming company with over three years of experience and a team of 1500+ specialists.

Our portfolio includes 30+ successful products operating across Tier 1–3 markets. We actively scale new products and markets, building strong affiliate ecosystems and long-term partnerships.

We are currently looking for a Head of Performance / Acquisition to build and scale user acquisition across Tier 2/3 regions, driving a profitable and sustainable flow of FTDs through multiple traffic channels while ensuring strong ROI and long-term growth.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Own and drive user acquisition performance in Tier 2/3
  • Build and scale the acquisition department from scratch (team, structure, processes)
  • Ensure stable, profitable, and scalable FTD growth across all traffic channels
  • Manage and optimize traffic sources (FB/Meta, Google Ads, UAC, SEO, PPC, affiliates, influencers, streamers)
  • Evaluate traffic quality and ROI using BI tools (Power BI)
  • Hire, lead, and develop the team, including affiliate managers and Head of B2B
  • Negotiate and optimize partnerships (CPA/RevShare/Hybrid deals)
  • Develop outbound & inbound strategies to attract new partners
  • Collaborate with product team on funnels, landing pages, and A/B tests
  • Plan and manage budgets ($300K+ monthly), ensuring efficiency (ROI, CPA, ARPU)

 

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in acquisition marketing within gambling/betting
  • 3+ years in a leadership role
  • Experience with Tier 2/3 markets
  • Proven track record of scaling traffic and building acquisition teams from scratch
  • Strong expertise in paid social, Google Ads/UAC, SEO/ASO, affiliate marketing, influencer traffic
  • Deep understanding of unit economics and player metrics (FTD, LTV, retention)
  • Experience managing large budgets ($300K+/month)
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with BI tools
  • Excellent negotiation and partnership management skills

Nice to have:

  • Own network of webmasters/affiliates in target GEOs
  • Upper-Intermediate+ English
  • Experience with CJM optimization and product collaboration
  • Basic technical knowledge (HTML/CSS/JS)
