• Lead, coach, and develop the IT organization across IT Support, Systems Engineering, and Information Security functions
• Ensure high reliability, availability, and scalability of corporate IT infrastructure and cloud services

Qualifications and Skills

• 7+ years of experience in IT, including at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams across IT Support, Infrastructure, and Information Security functions
• Strong background in managing corporate IT infrastructure and cloud platforms
• Solid understanding of information security practices, including IAM, EDR, SIEM, and vulnerability management
• Hands-on experience with compliance and risk management frameworks, including ISO 27001, ISO 22301, and ISO 9001
• At least Upper-Intermediate level of written and spoken English

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 6–8 DevOps Engineers, ensuring on-time, high-quality project deliveries
