Sales Team Lead — Advertisers, Affiliates

We're a global native advertising platform for affiliates and advertisers — 13 ad formats, 11,000+ premium publishers, WW traffic. Profitable product company, in the market since 2008.
 

We're looking for a Client Acquisition Team Lead who knows the affiliate ecosystem from the inside and is ready to own both strategy and results.

What you'll own

— Acquisition strategy across affiliate and advertiser demand (Gambling, Nutra, Dating, and other verticals) 

— Personally closing high-value deals through your network and direct outreach 

— Team leadership: hiring, coaching, deal support, performance 

— Demand quality — fit, LTV, scalability — not just pipeline volume 

— Regular presence at international industry conferences (Affiliate World, SiGMA, TES, iGB, and others) — 4–6 trips per year, fully covered

What we're looking for

— 3+ years in client acquisition or BD within affiliate marketing or adtech 

— Strong understanding of the arbitrage ecosystem end-to-end: traffic sources, networks, funnels, trackers, monetization 

— Active personal network of advertisers and/or affiliates you can activate from day one 

— Experience with Tier 1–3 GEOs and WW campaigns 

— Comfortable with LinkedIn, Telegram, AdPlexity, spy tools as daily instruments 

— Knowledge of ad formats: native, push, pop, display 

— Strong negotiation skills and ownership mindset 

Open to strong Seniors who haven't formally led a team yet but have mentored others, driven deals independently, and are ready to step into a leadership role.
