$$
Product

We are an established iGaming company with 4+ years of experience and a team of 1600+ specialists, managing 10+ large-scale projects across Tier 1–3 markets.

As part of our strategic growth, we are partnering with a professional SEO company operating in highly competitive iGaming and casino niches. Their team builds and scales SEO strategies where results and a systematic approach truly matter.

We are supporting them in the search for a strong Senior/Team Lead of SEO who will scale the direction, build high-performing teams, and drive sustainable project growth.

Requirements

  • Expert-level proficiency across the full spectrum of drop strategies: ability not only to execute but also to design hybrid schemes tailored to specific goals and markets.
  • Proven experience in building and scaling drop operations from scratch: process formalization, hiring and onboarding teams, developing internal standards (SOPs, checklists, scoring models), and maintaining quality control across all levels.
  • Deep understanding of the economics behind the drop direction: P&L management for domain pools, ROI modeling by schemes and clusters, quarterly/yearly budgeting, and investment justification to the business.
  • Experience managing teams of 5+ people: setting individual KPIs, conducting regular 1-on-1s, performance evaluations, specialist development, training, conflict resolution, and motivational meetings.
  • Strategic market-level vision with the ability to adapt strategy in real time.
  • Strong expertise in drop network infrastructure: designing architecture at a scale of 50+ domains, managing hosting and registrar networks, minimizing footprint, and protecting the network from cascading deindexation.
  • Experience working with domain brokers, direct deals, and strategic auctions: negotiations, evaluation of non-standard lots, and understanding the real market value of domains.
  • Systems-thinking mindset: ability to identify bottlenecks in processes and implement scalable improvements that benefit the entire team rather than solving isolated issues.
  • Full ownership of the direction’s results.

Nice to Have

  • Participation in developing internal tools or processes: SOPs, screening checklists, domain evaluation frameworks scalable across the team.
  • Experience building drop operations across multiple markets simultaneously (UK + NL or UK + CA), taking into account regulatory differences and SERP behavior.
  • Team-level automation expertise and training teams to work within automated processes.
  • Experience building and managing partnership networks: relationships with donors, outreach teams, and content brokers.
  • Understanding of the product side of the affiliate business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full ownership and supervision of Drop Team activities: strategy, operational management, and results.
  • Development and presentation of quarterly/yearly drop strategy to management: goals, markets, schemes, budgets, expected traffic, and revenue.
  • Designing and continuously improving the team’s operational processes: screening checklists, purchase criteria, deployment standards, and monitoring protocols.
  • Managing the direction’s budget: planning expenses for domains, hosting, content, and tools.
  • Making final decisions on strategic domains: participation in auctions for key lots, negotiations with brokers, and approval of major purchases.
  • Team management: hiring, onboarding, task management, quality control, performance evaluation, and specialist development.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: synchronization with General Team, development, content, and analytics teams to ensure seamless integration of the drop direction into the overall SEO strategy.
  • Monitoring and responding to changes: Google algorithm updates, regulatory changes in target markets, competitor activity, and оперативное adjustment of strategy.
  • Regular reporting to management and strict adherence to deadlines.
  • Developing team expertise: internal workshops, case study reviews, implementation of new tools and approaches, and building the Drop Team knowledge base.
