We're looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join the team supporting customers by email during a temporary 3-month engagement (October, November, December).

Why This Role Exists

Impactable currently runs on an inbound-only sales model with no dedicated owner of the marketing engine (paid, organic, web) and no one driving outbound pipeline or pricing confidence. This role combines both gaps into one function: build and own the demand generation engine, and build the outbound/business development motion that gets the company pricing and positioning itself as a premium provider rather than under-selling its capabilities.

This is a build-and-own role, not a caretaker role — the person will be establishing the marketing motion and BD process largely from scratch.

Marketing Engine (Demand Generation)

• Own paid, organic, and web strategy end-to-end

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in PSP management, payment business development, payment partnerships, acquiring, or a similar role.
• Strong experience in iGaming or another high-volume international online business.
• Strong commercial and business acumen, with the ability to connect payment performance with broader business results.
• Proven experience managing and developing PSP relationships and negotiating commercial conditions.
