Responsibilities

About the Role

We are hiring a Senior Merchant Operations Manager to build and own the payments infrastructure for our web-to-web subscription funnels.

This is a hands-on payments role, requiring deep experience with subscription billing, merchant operations, and payment infrastructure.

If you have primarily customer support or general operations experience without payments, this role is NOT a match.

Key Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience in payments, merchant operations, or billing operations
• Mandatory: experience in mobile/web subscription products
• Hands-on with subscription payment systems: Stripe, PayPal, Adyen, Paddle
• Deep understanding of:
  • subscription billing lifecycle
  • renewals, retries, refunds, chargebacks
