We are a fast-growing iGaming startup operating in Tier-1 European markets. We are seeking a Senior Retention Bonus Manager with an elite mathematical background. In this role, you will become the ultimate architect of our player retention economics - ensuring that every bonus campaign, loyalty structure, and VIP promo is mathematically bulletproof, highly engaging, and financially optimized.

 

๐ŸŽฏ Your Mission:

To own the mathematical modeling and financial integrity of our entire retention ecosystem, maximizing marketing ROI while completely safeguarding the business against financial leaks and bonus abuse.

 

๐Ÿ›  Key Responsibilities:

  • Advanced Architecture: Design, simulate, and stress-test high-level mathematical models for global loyalty programs, VIP retention tiers, cashbacks, and complex tournaments.
  • Financial & ROI Ownership: Deeply analyze core business metrics (Bonus Cost, Take-Up Rate, GGR/NGR, Lifetime Value) and closely collaborate with the Finance team to align bonus budgets.
  • Ecosystem Optimization: Audit current promotional frameworks to detect inefficiencies, adjusting wagering mechanics, caps, and configurations to boost profitability.
  • Risk Architecture: Build frameworks to detect, prevent, and mitigate sophisticated bonus-hunting, fraud, and system exploits before they hit the bottom line.
  • Cross-Functional Advisory: Act as the strategic data partner for CRM, Retention, and Product teams, validating or refining their campaign hypotheses from a strict mathematical perspective.

 

๐Ÿ’ป Requirements:

  • Senior iGaming Expertise: 3โ€“4+ years of hands-on experience in iGaming (Bonus Analytics, Financial Analytics, Risk Management, or Advanced CRM Analytics).
  • Elite Mathematical Mindset: Exceptional background in probability theory, mathematical statistics, combinatorics, and financial modeling.
  • Mastery of Bonus Mechanics: Flawless understanding of Sticky vs. Raw bonuses, intricate wagering dynamics, free spin mathematical values, and cross-provider promo networks.
  • Technical Stack: Expert-level Excel/Google Sheets; strong proficiency in SQL (writing complex queries to extract and analyze data independently).
  • Business Acumen: Ability to look past the raw numbers to understand player psychology, balancing business safety with an attractive user experience.
