Sales Development Representative (SDR) / Sales Assistant (Growth Path)
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented SDR to support our international sales efforts.
In this role, you will work on defining and refining ICP segments, identifying and engaging potential leads, and conducting initial qualification.
Your responsibilities will include outbound prospecting, initiating first-touch communication with potential clients, and building a healthy top-of-funnel pipeline.
You will collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of qualified opportunities.
This role can expand significantly depending on your skills, initiative, and performance.
For candidates with less experience, we are open to hiring a Sales Assistant with a clear development path toward a full SDR role.
We operate in a global environment, so strong English communication skills are required.
Additional languages are a plus and will be considered an advantage.
We are flexible and open to both full-time and part-time arrangements, depending on your availability and preferences.
Experience in sales of services is preferred, not products.
IT experience is also a plus.
