Team Lead Logistics

Requirements:

3–5 years of experience in logistics
Experience in team management
Understanding of supply chain management
Strong process optimization and data analysis skills
Experience working with ERP / WMS / TMS systems
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a multitasking environment

Responsibilities:

Managing the logistics team (task assignment, performance monitoring, employee development)
Planning and coordinating logistics processes (supply, movement, storage, and delivery)
Optimizing logistics chains and reducing operational costs
Overseeing warehouse operations and inventory management

Ensuring adherence to delivery timelines and SLA requirements
Implementing and improving logistics processes and automation tools
Performance analysis (KPI, cost per delivery, lead time, etc.)
Managing logistics risks (delays, losses, damages)

Collaboration with logistics brokers
Handling worldwide customs clearance
