For an incredible company, we are looking for a great Financial Analyst to join our awesome team.

🧲 Magnetics is an international iGaming product company that develops global B2C products. We are scaling our own products in international markets, actively expanding our team, and looking for people who want to influence the company’s growth and build strong products that users love.

Requirements and skills:

• 3+ years of experience in financial analytics / FP&A / financial business partnering
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large datasets
• Understanding of unit economics (CAC, LTV, ROI, payback period)
• Experience in affiliate marketing, investments, or other high-growth industries.
• Experience working with accounting and ERP systems (e.g., 1C) and analytical tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Understanding of financial reporting (P&L, cash flow, budgeting)
• Understanding of accounting and financial operations
• Experience in managing or mentoring team members is a plus
• Ability to not only analyze data but also explain insights and drive business decisions
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, business-oriented mindset

Responsibilities:

• Analyze traffic costs, affiliate payouts and other key company expenses
• Evaluate profitability by channels, partners, GEOs, and products
• Build and maintain unit economics models (LTV, CAC, ROI, payback)
• Identify inefficiencies in spend and opportunities for business growth
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support business decisions
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes
• Analyze actual vs planned performance and explain deviations
• Prepare regular financial reports for management
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and affiliate teams to align financial insights with business needs
• Lead and mentor the Financial Manager, overseeing operational finance processes and ensuring accuracy and efficiency in execution
