We are a product-focused iGaming company with a fast-paced development environment and high-load B2C products.

We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Python Developer.
 

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the design and development of new functional modules and services in Python
• Maintain and optimize existing code, fix bugs
• Work with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL), NoSQL storage (Redis), and message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka)
• Implement and support testing (unit tests, integration tests)
• Collaborate with frontend, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure application quality and performance at all stages of development
• Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions
• Document code and maintain technical documentation / interact with system analysts
   

Requirements:

• 5+ years of commercial experience with Python
• Experience with asynchronous programming (aiohttp, asyncio)
• Strong knowledge of FastAPI
• Confident use of version control systems (Git)
• Experience with relational databases and writing complex SQL queries
• Solid understanding of OOP principles and design patterns
• Understanding of architectural principles (SOLID, DDD, Clean Architecture)
• Experience writing unit and integration tests
• Basic knowledge of Docker and understanding of CI/CD fundamentals
   

Nice to have:

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Sentry)
• Understanding of Event-Driven Architecture

Requirement

• User acquisition expert: 2+ years of proven track in building marketing retention campaigns for a consumer product through ad networks;
• Previous experience with ad networks;
• Gambling experience is mandatory;
• Work with creatives, experience with setting up tasks for video creatives;
• Experience in A/B testing and campaign optimization;
• Ability to identify issues within campaigns and develop solutions quickly;
• Understanding user journey, user segmentation, engagement, and customer experience;
• Ability to analyze and understand such metrics as CTR, CR, CPA;
• Previous work with such tools as Jira, Tableau;
• Understanding how to work with pixels, postbacks, user cookies;
• Remote work experience: ideally, in an international team;
• Flexible and open to feedback, with a continuous improvement mindset;
• Comfortable working independently and managing large-scale ad budgets;
• Good English communication skills

Will be plus

• Previous experience with Ubidex or other platforms for retargeting;
• Previous experience with Volume, Keitaro.

Responsibilities

1. Launch retargeting and performance campaigns;
2. Research new direct publishers that can be integrated via RTB or XML;
4. Manage the structure of retargeting campaigns;
5. Close work with existing campaigns.
