Media Miami is an affiliate publisher. We drive traffic to advertiser and brand partners through our owned channels, and affiliate revenue is a core part of our business. We are looking for an Affiliate Partnerships Manager to take ownership of our most important partner relationships, protect and grow the revenue we generate from our traffic, and make sure we are always getting the best possible terms from the partners we work with.

 

This is a high-level role. You will be dealing with major partners and significant revenue, which means the bar for accuracy, responsiveness, and commercial thinking is high.

 

Requirements

  • 4+ years working in affiliate or performance marketing, ideally on the publisher or traffic side
  • Strong experience in at least one: finance, nutra, astrology, manifestation, or similar
  • Experience negotiating payouts, CPAs, or commission structures directly with advertisers or networks
  • Solid understanding of tracking: links, sub-IDs, attribution, and what breaks things
  • Highly organized with a zero-mistakes mindset; you build systems so nothing slips
  • Strong, clear communicator in English (C1 or above)
  • Comfortable managing multiple partners and deadlines simultaneously
  • Motivated to work hard, grow fast, and perform at a high level consistently
  • Comfortable with irregular hours when the role demands it

     

 Nice to have

  • Familiarity with affiliate platforms such as Impact, CJ, or ShareASale
  • Background in affiliate or performance marketing
  • An existing network in the affiliate or digital media space
  • Experience attending or presenting at industry events

     

  Core Responsibilities

1. Partner communication & coordination
Act as the main contact for advertisers, networks, and managers. Keep communication tight (promos, updates, feedback, follow-ups), build strong relationships, and move quickly on new opportunities.

2. Payout negotiation & deal management
Negotiate commissions, CPA, and bonuses to maximize revenue. Regularly review and improve terms using performance data, push undervalued partners, and manage renewals/escalations.

3. Links, tracking & execution
Own tracking (links, sub-IDs, parameters) and fix issues fast. Prepare and share promo assets, coordinate launches, and keep records organized.

4. Performance & growth
Monitor performance, identify missed revenue, and streamline operations. Focus on improving earnings and execution now; conferences support long-term growth.
