Senior Business Systems Analyst Offline

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst to join the Technology & Operations team. This role requires a strong ability to bridge business needs and technical solutions, driving end-to-end delivery across marketplace, logistics, and fulfillment platforms.
 

As a Senior Business Systems Analyst, you will:

- Lead end-to-end requirements gathering for complex, cross-functional initiatives across marketplace, logistics, and fulfillment systems;
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process walkthroughs to document current-state workflows and define future-state solutions;
- Translate ambiguous business needs into clear functional and technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria;
- Perform gap analysis to identify inefficiencies and recommend process and system improvements;
- Partner with product managers and engineering teams to design scalable, efficient system solutions;
- Lead UAT planning, test case creation, defect triage, and go-live readiness activities;
- Manage scope, timelines, and stakeholder alignment throughout the delivery lifecycle;
- Support data migration, system integrations, and enhancements across ERP, WMS, and marketplace platforms;
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders (operations, finance, supply chain) and technology teams;
- Present findings, recommendations, and project updates to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders;
- Maintain high-quality documentation including BRDs, process flows, and system specifications;
- Drive continuous improvement of analysis practices, standards, and documentation;
- Monitor post-deployment performance and support iterative enhancements based on feedback and data.
 

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Systems Analyst, or in a similar role within a technology-driven environment;
- Proven experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives end-to-end;
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data analysis, reporting, and validation;
- Hands-on experience with ERP, WMS, OMS, or marketplace platforms;
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with tools such as JIRA or similar;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences;
- Experience documenting workflows using tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or equivalent.
 

Preferred Qualifications:

- Background in ecommerce, B2B platforms, logistics, or supply chain technology;
- Experience with cross-border fulfillment or multi-warehouse operations;
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or BigQuery;
- CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent business analysis certification.
