Head of In-House Media Agency (iGaming and Crypto)

We are looking for a visionary Head of In-House Media Agency to transform our content operations into a high-scale, performance-driven media powerhouse. You will not just manage content; you will build the "machine" that produces it. Your mission is to oversee a decentralized team of Content Managers, UGC creators, and editors to dominate the organic and viral landscape in the iGaming and Crypto sectors across multiple global markets.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

• Recruit, onboard, and lead a "Special Ops" team of Video Content Managers.
• Design and execute a multi-brand social media roadmap that aligns with aggressive user acquisition trough Brand Awareness.
• Develop and execute strategy, managing a diverse portfolio of media assets (from sports highlight channels to AI viral content).
• Identify and enter new GEOs by analyzing market trends, local gambling regulations, and platform-specific opportunities.
• Establish standardized workflows for content production, from ideation to final posting, ensuring 24/7 output across time zones.
• Manage the departmental budget, optimizing spend between freelance talent, agency partnerships, and software tools.

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE

• Experience: 3+ years in a Lead or Head of Content/Marketing role, preferably within high-risk or high-growth industries (iGaming, FinTech, or Crypto).
• Media Mastery: A proven track record of scaling social media accounts to millions of views or building a successful media network.
• Operational Excellence: Deep experience managing remote teams and using project management tools (Asana or Notion) to track high-volume output.
• AI Native: You don't just use AI; you understand how to integrate it into a professional production pipeline to gain a competitive edge.
• Analytical Mindset: Ability to bridge the gap between "creative storytelling" and "data-driven results."
• Language: Upper Intermediate in English .
