Architectural Drafter

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create accurate and detailed architectural drawings (sales plans) using Revit and/or AutoCAD
• Revise and update drawings based on feedback and design changes
• Convert architectural plans into clear, high-quality sales documentation following company standards
• Ensure all drawings adhere to established specifications, guidelines, and naming conventions
• Organize and maintain digital drawing files for easy access and version control
• Collaborate with internal teams across different time zones to align on project goals and updates
• Deliver high-quality work within set deadlines, demonstrating reliability and consistency
• Independently manage workload while maintaining attention to detail and precision in all outputs

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in architectural drafting using Revit and/or AutoCAD
• Advanced proficiency in Revit and/or AutoCAD for creating detailed architectural drawings
• Strong understanding of architectural drawing standards and technical documentation
• Ability to interpret and convert architectural designs into high-quality sales plans
• Experience implementing revisions and maintaining drawing accuracy throughout iterations
• Solid organizational skills with experience managing digital files and adhering to naming conventions
• Comfortable working with remote collaboration tools and cloud-based file sharing systems
• Reliable internet connection and a well-equipped home office setup
• Proficient in written and verbal English for clear communication across global teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Architectural Technology, or a related field
• Familiarity with Building Information Modeling (BIM) concepts
• Experience working on international or cross-border projects
• Knowledge of additional drafting or visualization tools is a plus
