The ideal candidate would have experience deploying ML models in production environments, preferably in the domains of computer vision, and NLP. An understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning, model evaluation, data science, and responsible AI principles is essential. Prior work in accessibility or web technologies is a plus.
 

Requirements:
 

• 3+ years of experience in machine learning or AI engineering, with a strong focus on deploying models in production environments.

• Solid, hands-on experience managing and securing devices within the Apple ecosystem.
• Strong experience administering Jira (including JSM) and Google Workspace, with a focus on creating efficient workflows.
• Proven experience with modern MDM solutions for an Apple-centric environment; experience with Kandji is a major plus.
• Experience participating in or preparing for security audits like ISO 27001 is highly desirable.
• Basic hands-on knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS or GCP.
• Strong communication skills with English at a B2 level and fluent Ukrainian.

We are currently looking for a Senior Product Designer to help our clients launch and improve products, taking ownership of deep analysis, UX research, and crafting clear, elegant interfaces.

What you will do:

• Research client business goals and user needs to design solutions that bring real value.
• Create information architecture, user flows, wireframes, and polished UI in Figma.
• Conduct and analyze UX interviews and usability testing.
• Confidently and clearly present design solutions to clients.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and analysts to bring designs to life.
• Improve processes within ZipZap Design and contribute to growing our design culture.
  
  What we expect:
• 4+ years of experience in product design.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating deep understanding of UX, UI, design systems, and product-thinking.
• Ability to work with abstract problems and translate them into clear, actionable solutions.
• Proficiency in Figma and a basic understanding of front-end (to improve collaboration with developers).
• Ability to work independently and confidently justify your decisions.
• English at a level that allows you to communicate with international clients (intermediate+).
