    We’re looking for a B2B Marketing Specialist who can scale our content marketing and drive tangible business results. You’ll own content strategy and execution across all channels — from technical deep-dives that showcase our AI capabilities to website copy that converts founders into qualified leads.
     

    This isn’t about managing campaigns or coordinating teams. This is about producing high-quality, high-volume content that builds trust with AI-focused founders and executives who need serious technical partners.
     

    We are looking for our future team member in Lviv, as we have meetings at a coworking space. We also regularly organize online and offline meetings with the entire team to keep in touch, even during remote work.

     

    What You’ll Do:

    • Create comprehensive content strategies for AI-focused B2B audiences — founders, CTOs, and executives evaluating AI implementation partners.
    • Write technical content that sells — articles, case studies, and thought leadership that demonstrates our AI expertise while driving pipeline.
    • Develop website copy and landing pages that convert technical decision-makers into qualified leads.
    • Produce presentation materials for sales calls, conferences, and partnership meetings.
    • Manage social media presence — LinkedIn posts, comments, and engagement that builds credibility in AI/B2B software communities.
    • Collaborate with our technical team to translate complex AI implementations into compelling business stories.
    • Analyze and optimize content performance to improve lead generation and pipeline quality.



    What We’re Looking For:

    • 2+ years of B2B marketing experience in software services, consulting, or custom development services with up to 50 people.
    • Proven track record creating content that drives qualified leads and supports complex B2B sales cycles.
    • Deep understanding of AI/ML landscape — you know the difference between ChatGPT integrations and custom AI systems, and can communicate technical capabilities to business audiences.
    • Content strategy expertise — you’ve built and executed content programs that scale, not just individual pieces.
    • Technical curiosity — ability to quickly grasp AI implementations, SaaS architectures, and custom development projects.
    • Self-directed execution — you can work independently, prioritize effectively, and deliver results in a startup environment.
    • Experience working with technical teams — you know how to extract insights from engineers and product leads to create compelling content.
    • Exceptional writing skills in English (C1+) — you can explain complex technical concepts clearly and persuasively.



    Nice to Have:

    • Previous experience marketing AI/ML products or services.

    We are seeking a bilingual (English + Russian) Executive & Marketing Assistant already based in Dubai. The role is designed for someone who can support the CEO directly, manage internal processes, and coordinate marketing and team operations — freeing leadership to focus entirely on clients, growth, and content.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Act as the right hand to the CEO in daily operations and communications
    • Run weekly catch-up calls with team members across multiple businesses and report back clearly to the CEO
    • Manage marketing coordination: social media, content production, campaigns, reporting
    • Oversee hiring workflows: draft job descriptions, screen candidates, manage onboarding/offboarding, and build automation into HR processes
    • Handle internal processes: workflow optimization, reporting structures, and AI tool adoption
    • Provide executive administration support: scheduling, reporting, and confidential tasks
    • Demonstrate empathy, precision, and attention to detail in managing communication between CEO and team
    • Ability to travel internationally if required (all expenses covered)

     

     

    Requirements
    • Already based in Dubai, UAE
    • Fluent in English and Russian (written & spoken)
    • 3+ years’ experience in marketing, social media, or executive support
    • Proven ability to manage teams, run calls, and deliver structured reports
    • Experience in hiring and workflow management is highly preferred
    • High energy, detail-oriented, empathetic, and loyal personality

     

     

    Compensation
    • Base Salary: AED 7,000–8,000 per month
    • Quarterly Bonus: based on project delivery, qualified lead generation, and team performance
    • Full travel expenses covered when work requires travel abroad

    Role Overview

    We’re looking for a results-driven marketer with SaaS experience to help us design, execute, and optimize our go-to-market strategy. This is a high-impact role where you will own growth initiatives that directly drive revenue, customer acquisition, and retention.
     

    Initially, this role will start with a paid consultation project to review our current GTM strategy and growth opportunities. If there is a good fit, we’ll extend it into a long-term, full-time position.
     

    Responsibilities

    • Define and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for Renormalize in target markets (Europe, US, LatAm).
    • Develop and run multi-channel acquisition campaigns (LinkedIn, email, webinars, content, partnerships).
    • Optimize sales funnels & lead generation processes for SMB and mid-sized SaaS buyers.
    • Analyze data & metrics to identify bottlenecks, optimize CAC/LTV, and drive sustainable revenue growth.
    • Collaborate with the founders to align marketing, sales, and product positioning.
    • Build and manage content strategy (case studies, blog posts, decks, whitepapers).
    • Experiment with growth loops, referrals, and partnerships.
    • Support fundraising efforts with pitch & investor marketing assets.

       

    Requirements

    • 2+ years of proven experience in SaaS marketing/growth roles (B2B preferred).
    • Demonstrated track record of growing revenue and scaling SaaS products.
