Cold email outreach specialist $ Offline
Hi, Iβm Oleksandr β founder of Instafill.ai.
We built an AI that automatically fills out PDF and Word forms β even the ones without editable fields. Our clients are hospitals, law firms, accounting firms, and government contractors that handle hundreds of forms every week.
We already get a lot of inbound leads, but weβre scaling cold outreach β targeting companies that could automate their document workflows with Instafill.ai.
Iβm looking for someone who can own cold email campaigns end-to-end: strategy, writing, list building, and technical setup.
What youβll do:
- Manage and improve existing sequences in Apollo.
- Write and launch new campaigns for different verticals (healthcare, legal, finance, real estate).
- Build and clean lead lists.
- Fix deliverability issues, monitor open/reply rates, and optimize for conversions.
Connect new mailboxes and set up DNS records (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
Youβre a good fit if you:
- Have strong email copywriting skills β especially for B2B audiences.
- Have proven experience running B2B cold outreach campaigns that generate replies and meetings.
- Know Apollo (or similar tools like Instantly, Smartlead, or Lemlist).
- Understand technical email setup β DNS records, warm-up, and inbox reputation.
- Are analytical and know how to test, measure, and improve campaigns.
- Can work independently and take ownership without constant supervision.
What we offer:
- Fully remote work.
- Flexible schedule.
- Pay in USD.
- Direct communication with the founder β no bureaucracy.
A chance to work on something used daily by real companies across multiple industries.
How to apply:
Send a short paragraph about your experience and 1β2 examples of cold emails youβve written. Applications without a short intro wonβt be reviewed. Iβm not considering candidates who ignore these instructions β this role requires attention to detail.
