Для такого масштабу, темпу і якості роботи нам дуже потрібні сильні люди в команді. Твоєю задачею буде знаходити і залучати в ПЖ професіоналів, яким не байдуже що відбувається на фронті і в країні.
 

Що ти будеш робити:
 

• Протягом перших 2 місяців (тестовий період)
   
  • ти повністю зануришся у специфіку, структуру, проєкти організації та ролі, з якими працюєш;
  • почнеш вибудовувати взаємодію з hiring managers: від спільного формування профілю ролі до побудови ефективної стратегії найму;
  • самостійно вестимеш щонайменше 4 вакансії паралельно: від запиту на пошук до виходу кандидата;
  • зрозумієш поточні вузькі місця в процесі рекрутингу;
  • залучишся в онбординг нових колег: створення онбординг-плану, підтримка менеджера та новеньких протягом випробувального терміну.
     
• Протягом перших 6-12 місяців
   
  • стабільно і якісно закриватимеш вакансії різних рівнів та функцій в організації: військові, операційні, IT, креативні, управлінські (у нас багато цікавих ролей 😉);
  • активно працюватимеш з метриками та аналітикою;
  • запропонуєш та впровадиш кілька покращень у процес рекрутингу (нові підходи до сорсингу, оцінки кандидатів, candidate experience, взаємодії з менеджерами, тощо);
  • станеш ключовим партнером для менеджерів у питаннях та потребах найму.
     

Мріємо бути з тобою в одній команді, якщо ти:
 

• маєш 2+ років досвіду у full-cycle рекрутингу;
• працюєш не лише з вакансіями, а й викликами найму (специфічні / вузькоспеціалізовані вакансії, кадрова криза, орієнтація на ціннісну та безпекову складові, тривалий і багатоетапний процес відбору);
• маєш сильні навички нетворкінгу та коло корисних знайомств;
• будуєш партнерські відносини з hiring managers і допомагаєш їм приймати правильні рішення щодо найму;
• мислиш системно та аналітично, вмієш працювати з метриками та робити з них практичні висновки;
• вмієш ефективно організувати свою роботу, працювати з кількома вакансіями паралельно та тримати фокус на результаті;
• не боїшся брати лідерську роль у процесах та ініціювати зміни;
• можеш поділитися кейсами, коли твоя ініціатива або підхід допомогли значно покращити результат найму;

Що буде входити в обов’язки:

• Підготовка та друк прототипів на FDM та SLA 3D-принтерах;
• Налаштування slicer, орієнтація деталей, supports, режими друку;
• Базове обслуговування та калібрування 3D-принтерів;
• Постобробка надрукованих деталей;
• Складання механічних прототипів, корпусів та вузлів;
• Перевірка посадок, зазорів, люфтів, кріплень та зручності складання;
• Контроль розмірів штангенциркулем та іншим базовим інструментом;
• Проведення простих механічних та функціональних тестів;
• Фіксація дефектів: фото, виміри, короткий опис проблеми;
• Звіт по результатах та передача фідбеку Mechanical Engineer.

Наші очікування:

• Практичний досвід FDM-друку;
• Досвід або хороше розуміння SLA/MSLA-друку;
• Розуміння базових параметрів і типових проблем 3D-друку;
• Базове розуміння допусків, зазорів і посадок;
• Вміння працювати зі штангенциркулем та ручним інструментом;
• Акуратність, уважність та вміння системно описувати знайдені проблеми.

Буде плюсом:

• Базове розуміння методології тестування / QA;
• SolidWorks / Fusion на базовому рівні;
• Власні проєкти: 3D-друк, робототехніка, дрони, RC, електроніка;
• Базові навички пайки та складання електронних пристроїв.

Шукаємо Project Manager для ведення проектів розробки комплексних продуктів, що включають software, firmware, electronics та mechanics.

Основна задача PM — забезпечити прозорий і контрольований процес розробки: актуальні задачі та статуси, зрозумілі дедлайни, контроль залежностей, ведення релізів та актуальність проектної і технічної документації.

Наші очікування:

— Досвід роботи Project Manager у IT / Product Development;

— Розуміння життєвого циклу розробки програмного забезпечення: requirements → development → testing → release;

— Базове розуміння процесу electronics / hardware development;

— Базове розуміння firmware / embedded development;

— Впевнена робота з Jira та Confluence;

— Знання JQL, Jira filters, dashboards та release/status views;

— Вміння інтегрувати Jira у Confluence та будувати на її основі актуальні статусні дашборди;

— Вміння організувати в Confluence живу та зрозумілу картину стану проекту, а не просто набір документації;

— Досвід release management;

— Контроль задач, дедлайнів, blockers та dependencies;

— Досвід регулярного збору та консолідації статусів від Engineering-команд;

— Контроль актуальності проектної та технічної документації;

— Вміння переводити результати зустрічей у decisions → action items → Jira tasks;

— Хороший письмовий English.

Що буде входити в обов’язки:

— Проведення регулярних daily/status meetings з командами та ведення meeting notes;

— Збір та консолідація інформації від HW / SW / FW / ME / QA команд;

— Контроль, щоб домовленості, проблеми та action items були зафіксовані у Jira та мали owner, priority і deadline;

— Контроль актуальності задач, дедлайнів, blockers та dependencies у Jira;

— Ведення project / release dashboards у Confluence та підтримка актуальної картини стану проекту;

— Контроль своєчасного ведення інженерами технічної документації;

— Координація релізів та контроль проходження необхідного тестування;

— Своєчасна ескалація критичних проблем, затримок та ризиків.
