IT Manager

We’re hiring an IT Manager for a Ukrainian technology company working on autonomous systems. The company is growing fast and now has teams in several countries, so it needs one person to lead IT as a whole and build processes that work at scale.
 

About the role

You’ll lead a team of around three functional groups covering infrastructure, user support, and networking. Your main goal is to make IT stable, secure, and convenient for employees as the company grows. You’ll plan IT development for the next few years, manage the budget and suppliers, and be the person leadership turns to for IT decisions.
 

Your focus areas

• IT strategy and budget planning
• Access management and security (SSO, MFA, Zero Trust)
• Reliable office networks across locations
• A support service employees are genuinely happy with
• Automating routine IT work
• Developing team leads and growing the team
   

You’ll be a good fit if you have

• 5+ years in IT, with at least 3 years managing teams
• Experience with both on-premise and cloud infrastructure
• A solid understanding of identity and access management
• Experience organising user support
• Confidence working with vendors and contracts
• The ability to explain technical decisions to top management
   

Experience in a scaling tech company, with security standards like ISO 27001, or in a multi-country setup will be a strong plus.
