The Role 

We are looking for an Employee Engagement Specialist to join our Employee Brand Communications team and ensure consistent delivery of internal updates, events, and community activities.  

Responsibilities   

- Develop and coordinate initiatives that strengthen employee engagement and build connections across teams and locations.  

- Help launch, grow, and sustain internal communities by supporting community leaders and encouraging ongoing participation.  

- Collect employee stories and create employer brand content aligned with our brand strategy and positioning.  

- Manage the internal communications calendar.  

- Gather and prepare content for newsletters and other internal channels in English and Ukrainian.  

- Track communication performance, gather employee feedback, and use insights to improve effectiveness.  

- Support participation in selected external events to raise employer brand awareness among tech audiences. 

Skills and Requirements 

- 3+ years of experience in Employer Branding, Marketing, PR, Internal Communications, or related fields.  

- Strong writing and editing skills in Ukrainian and English, with the ability to turn input from different teams into clear, engaging, audience-focused content.  

- Experience building communities or engagement initiatives, and an understanding of what makes people participate and stay involved.  

- Hands-on content and brand experience, including creating materials that build awareness, trust, and engagement.  

- Understanding tech audiences, including developers, engineers, and tech leaders.  

- Strong project coordination skills, with the ability to independently manage stakeholders, timelines, suppliers, and multiple initiatives.  

- Experience working cross-functionally with different teams.
