Facebook Targetolog

We are looking for an experienced Facebook Targetologist to join our team and take responsibility for launching, optimizing, and scaling advertising campaigns through Meta Ads.

Key Responsibilities

• Launch and manage advertising campaigns in Facebook Ads / Meta Ads
• Work with cold and warm audiences
• Set up and optimize retargeting campaigns
• Build and manage retargeting funnels for different audience segments
• Test audiences, creatives, offers, and campaign hypotheses
• Analyze campaign performance and key metrics
• Optimize campaigns to improve CPA, ROAS, ROI, and overall profitability
• Scale successful campaigns while maintaining performance
• Manage advertising budgets and allocate spend effectively
• Work closely with the creative and analytics teams
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports

Requirements

• 1+ year of hands-on experience with Facebook Ads / Meta Ads
• Strong practical experience with retargeting and remarketing campaigns
• Understanding of audience segmentation and retargeting funnels
• Experience with campaign testing, optimization, and scaling
• Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
• Understanding of key performance marketing metrics
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for campaign results

Will Be a Plus

• Experience in iGaming / Gambling
• Experience working with Tier-1 GEOs
• Experience with international markets
• Experience working with large advertising budgets
• Understanding of CPA and affiliate marketing models
• Experience working with complex funnels and multiple audience segments
