Email Marketing Manager

We are looking for an experienced Email Marketing Manager to own our email marketing strategy, improve deliverability, and drive customer engagement through data-driven CRM campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Manage domain setup, warm-up, and sender reputation (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
• Create, launch, and optimize bulk and automated email campaigns.
• Segment audiences and personalize email communications based on user behavior.
• Conduct A/B tests on subject lines, content, send times, and CTAs.
• Monitor email deliverability, including Inbox Rate, Bounce Rate, Spam Rate, and sender reputation.
• Analyze campaign performance using key metrics such as Open Rate, CTR, CTOR, Conversion Rate, and Unsubscribe Rate.
• Optimize CRM journeys, including Welcome, Reactivation, Retention, and Lifecycle campaigns.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR and email marketing best practices.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as an Email Marketing Manager or CRM Email Manager, preferably in the iGaming industry.
• Strong understanding of email deliverability, domain management, and authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
• Hands-on experience with CRM and email marketing platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization.
• English level: Intermediate or higher.
