The role

We are looking for a senior, hands on General Marketing Manager to establish and run the Marketing function.

You will report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer and work closely with the CEO, Product, Sales and Customer Success.

About the Role 

ONU Health is building the AI-powered future of personal prevention. We unify medical, lifestyle, and wearable data into a single "health account," helping people see risks before they arise and take control of their wellbeing.

We're seeking a co-founding Marketing Manager who can bridge storytelling, community, and growth — turning a preventive health mission into a movement. You'll work closely with our designers and CEO to define how ONU Health is communicated, build our community, and grow our customer base.

Key Responsibilities

🧭 Brand Strategy & Positioning

• Define ONU's brand narrative — "Your data, your health, your prevention."
• Position ONU between medical credibility and lifestyle inspiration — where prevention feels aspirational, not clinical.
• Shape a unified messaging architecture across web, app, and social, highlighting ONU's unique value: predictive, data-driven, and privacy-first.
• Work with designers and the CEO to establish ONU's visual and verbal identity across all channels.

📊 Social Media, Funnels & Campaigns

• Own social media strategy and content calendar — building ONU's presence and voice across key platforms.
• Design and run campaigns that build brand awareness and drive customer acquisition.
• Build and optimize multi-channel acquisition funnels (content, influencer partnerships, paid social, and Apple Health integrations).
• Develop onboarding journeys, email/push automations, and retention loops tied to users' health improvements.
• Track activation, retention, and referral metrics to continuously refine messaging and campaign performance.

💬 Community & Thought Leadership

• Create the ONU Health Founding Member Program and early adopter community.

Requirements

• Experience in social media, brand, or growth marketing, ideally in digital health, fitness, or consumer SaaS.
• Proven experience building campaigns and funnels that grow an audience or customer base, ideally for an early-stage product.
• Strong understanding of healthtech positioning, user psychology, and trust building (especially for sensitive data products).
• Analytical and creative mindset — fluent in both storytelling and metrics (CAC, LTV, retention).
• Comfortable working closely with designers and founders to shape brand identity from the ground up.

Influence Pro Services is launching a portfolio of B2C consumer products in the US and European markets within the health & wellness, money & career, lifestyle, and productivity niches. This is a role focused on launching products from scratch — from initial validation campaigns and finding product-channel fit to scaling channels post-PMF.

What you will do:

• Launch performance campaigns from scratch for the US and European markets: Meta, Google, TikTok, Apple Search Ads — from the first dollar spent to scaled budgets.
• Build and defend product unit economics: CAC, LTV, payback, ROAS across various horizons, and contribution margin.
• Set up the attribution stack: MMP, SKAdNetwork / AEM conversion value mapping, Conversions API, and server-side tracking.
• Design and run experiments: creative testing, paywall A/B tests, onboarding variations, pricing tests, and geo-experiments.
• Work on paywall optimization and monetization: structure, introductory offers, trial mechanics, and win-back campaigns.
• Manage creative production: briefs for designers and creative testing frameworks.
• Build an ASO strategy for mobile products: keyword research, metadata, visual ASO, and mapping Custom Product Pages (CPP) to paid creatives.
• Work with the retention/lifecycle layer: email, push notifications, and in-app messaging.

• Participate in building the unit's growth team alongside the CCO as the business scales.

   

What we expect:

• 3+ years of experience in growth/performance marketing.
• 1+ years of experience working with B2C products.
• Experience with subscription-based mobile/web products in Tier 1 markets.
• Deep understanding of unit economics: blended vs. paid CAC, predicted LTV, payback, D7/D30/D90 ROAS, and contribution margin net of refunds and chargebacks.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Apple Search Ads — proficiency in independently launching and scaling at least 3 out of these 4 channels.
• Analytical skills: experience with Amplitude / Mixpanel.
• Experience in A/B testing with a solid understanding of statistical significance, sample size, and holdout groups.
• English proficiency: Upper-Intermediate or higher.

• Ownership mindset: taking full responsibility for the ROAS and payback of your unit.
