Що ви будете робити:

• створювати, запускати та оптимізувати email і push-кампанії: новини, акції, welcome-серії;
• будувати автоматизовані ланцюжки комунікації: welcome, abandoned booking, win-back та інші;
• сегментувати клієнтську базу для більш персоналізованої комунікації;
• писати тексти для розсилок, тестувати теми листів і підходи до комунікації;
• аналізувати ключові показники ефективності: open rate, CTR, conversion rate;
• шукати нові ідеї для покращення retention-комунікації та зростання повторних бронювань.

Що ми очікуємо від вас:

• досвід роботи в email-маркетингу, CRM або retention-маркетингу;

Обов’язки:

- Запускати та оптимізувати рекламні кампанії у Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads;

- Аналізувати ефективності кампаній: розрахунок та контроль показників (CPL, CAC, ROAS, конверсії з заявки у продаж);

- Тестувати гіпотези й працювати з креативами, аудиторіями та воронкою;
