Senior User Acquisition

We’re looking for more than just a User Acquisition - we’re looking for someone who thinks strategically, takes ownership, and knows how to turn large budgets into consistent performance.

What we're looking for:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Snapchat Ads.
• Experience managing monthly advertising budgets from $30K to $150K+.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to optimize campaigns based on performance data.
• A proactive, ownership-driven approach to work.
   

What you'll do:

• Build and scale the Snapchat acquisition channel from scratch.
• Launch, test, and validate new ideas, creatives, and growth strategies.
• Continuously analyze traffic performance and identify optimization opportunities.
• Take full ownership of campaign performance and budget efficiency.
• Work closely with the team to drive sustainable growth.
