We’re looking for experienced Senior Media Buyers to launch and scale profitable campaigns across multiple traffic sources and verticals. You’ll work with our in-house tools and partner-level platform access, with room to explore new channels, test ideas and grow the business.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage and scale paid campaigns on Google and Meta, with RSOC as a core focus
• Develop and test new campaign strategies, audiences, creatives and angles
• Use our in-house automation system to scale and optimize efficiently
• Monitor performance daily and make data-driven decisions to maximize ROI
• Expand into E-commerce and Lead Gen campaigns as those activities grow
• Analyze trends, report results and share insights with the team

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Media Buyer or Performance Marketer, ideally with AFD/RSOC traffic
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads at large scale (minimum 5k$ of daily spend)
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with large budgets and performance metrics
• Understanding of key KPIs such as ROI, ROAS, CPA, EPC and RPC
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of results

У супровідному листі напишіть

1. 2–3 кейси з цифрами: бюджет, CPA або ROAS, що саме робили ви.
2. Один випадок, коли ви зупинили масштабування: що побачили в цифрах і чому.

Скрін кабінету чи аналітики або коротке відео з розбором — великий плюс, назви брендів можна приховати. Відгуки без цифр не розглядаємо.

Це роль для проактивного байєра, готового брати на себе відповідальність за запуск, оптимізацію та генерацію стабільного профіту.

Твої задачі:

• запуск, оптимізація та аналіз рекламних кампаній у Facebook;

• робота з лендінгами та креативами (генерація та тестування підходів);

• проведення A/B тестувань офферів, креативів та зв’язок;

• системна робота над генерацією та збільшенням профіту.

Наш ідеальний кандидат:

• має досвід роботи Facebook Media Buyer від 6 місяців у вертикалі Nutra;

• має наявність робочих кейсів та практичне вміння працювати з лендами й крео;

• досягав daily spend від $300–500 і вище та володіє навичками масштабування;

• самостійний, орієнтований на результат та здатний працювати продуктивно за будь-яких умов;

• прагне розвитку та діє проактивно.

Що буде входити до твоїх задач:

* Пошук та масштабування робочих зв'язок.

* Тестування рекламних кампаній та запуск нових гіпотез.

* Оптимізація кампаній для покращення результатів.

* Пошук рішень для обходу блокувань.

* Робота з Google-акаунтами: створення, налаштування, прогрів та супровід.

* Аналіз, пошук та унікалізація креативів.

* Формування технічних завдань для дизайнерів.

* Ведення звітності та підготовка щомісячних звітів щодо рекламного бюджету.

* Моніторинг ключових показників та участь у командних брейнштормах для покращення процесів.

Ми шукаємо тебе, якщо ти:

* Маєш від 6 місяців досвіду на позиції Google Assistant / Assistant Google Media Buyer / Google Farmer.

* Працював із Google Ads (досвід із DG буде перевагою).

* Маєш досвід запуску та оптимізації рекламних кампаній.

* Вмієш аналізувати результати, тестувати гіпотези та знаходити нестандартні рішення.

* Досвід в iGaming буде плюсом, але не є обов'язковим.
