We are looking for an experienced Media Buying Team Lead to join our team and take ownership of performance marketing operations across Tier-1 European markets.

You will initially lead the media buying function at the Team Lead level, with a clear opportunity to grow into the Head of Media Buying role as the team, budgets, and acquisition operations scale.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

• Lead the day-to-day work of the Media Buying team, including priorities, performance, workload, and campaign execution;
• Develop and execute media buying strategies across Tier-1 European markets together with the wider marketing team;
• Manage and optimize multi-channel paid acquisition campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Programmatic/DSP, Push & In-App traffic, ASA, UAC, and other relevant channels;
• Take ownership of media planning, budget allocation, campaign performance, and forecasting;
• Manage and gradually scale significant advertising budgets while maintaining profitability and sustainable growth;
• Monitor and improve key performance metrics, including CAC, CPA, CPI, CPL, ROAS, ROI, ROMI, LTV, Payback Period, and Contribution Margin;
• Mentor and develop Media Buyers, helping the team improve campaign quality, testing velocity, and overall performance;
• Work closely with Creative, Analytics, CRM, Product, and other teams to improve acquisition and retention results;
• Build and improve scalable media buying processes, reporting, and operational frameworks;
• Ensure accurate attribution, tracking, and data collection across acquisition channels;
• Continuously test new audiences, creatives, channels, GEOs, and acquisition approaches;
• Identify new growth opportunities and turn successful experiments into scalable acquisition channels;
• Gradually take broader ownership of the media buying function with the opportunity to grow into the Head of Media Buying position.

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE

• 4+ years of experience in Media Buying;
• Previous experience as a Media Buying Team Lead, Performance Team Lead, Senior Media Buyer with team management responsibilities, or in a similar role;
• Hands-on experience managing and scaling paid acquisition campaigns;
• Experience leading, mentoring, or coordinating Media Buyers;
• Proven experience working with Tier-1 European markets;
• Experience managing significant advertising budgets and responsibility for campaign profitability;
• Strong track record of scaling successful acquisition campaigns;
• Experience in highly competitive industries, preferably iGaming or Sports Betting;
• Strong understanding of acquisition economics, including CAC, CPA, CPI, CPL, ROAS, ROI, ROMI, LTV, Payback Period, Revenue Attribution, Cohort Analysis, Funnel Optimization, and Retention Impact;
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with performance data;
• Ability to combine hands-on campaign management with team leadership;

RESPONSIBILITIES:
