About the Role

We're looking for a Junior+ Social Media Manager for the Seranova brand.

This is a hands-on execution role, not a strategy role: social strategy is owned by the Brand Strategist โ€” you're the person who lives inside the apps, speaks the language of the platforms, and turns strategy into real posts, stories, and activations that go out on time and error-free.

If you're comfortable running a content calendar, moderating community groups, and chasing designers on deadlines all at once โ€” this is for you.

 

What You'll Do

  • Day-to-day management and posting across Seranova's social pages: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok (and more)
  • Scheduling via Meta Business Suite, plus manual posting where needed
  • Maintaining the content calendar โ€” nothing slips through without approval
  • Daily management and moderation of Facebook groups
  • Briefing doctors on social content (scripts are handled by the Brand Manager)
  • Helping build and maintain the content plan against pillars set by the Brand Strategist โ€” you execute and contribute ideas, but don't set direction
  • Chasing designers and editors to keep production on schedule
  • Keeping content trackers up to date โ€” the single source of truth for what's live and what's pending
  • Hands-on running of social activations: giveaways, IG Lives, and other live moments
  • Contributing ideas for growing the channels (strategy sits with the Brand Strategist, but good ideas are always welcome)
  • Basic performance reporting (reach, engagement, follower growth) โ€” weekly and monthly

Compliance

  • Posting only within approved copy and compliance guidelines
  • Product claims can't be freelanced or ad-libbed โ€” anything uncertain gets flagged to the Brand Manager before it goes live

 

Nice to Have

  • Ability to create and edit Reels in-app or in CapCut
  • Light design skills, Figma a plus
  • Familiarity with social analytics
  • Interest in beauty, skincare, or haircare
  • Experience creating or managing social content for an older audience โ€” a core part of Seranova's customer base skews 55+, so understanding how tone, content, and platform behavior differ for that demographic is a strong plus
