We’re Seranova, a hyper-growth DTC brand expanding our internal team across Creative, Marketing, Ops, Product, and CX.
We’re looking for an In-House Recruiter who can own the full hiring pipeline — from posting roles to running first-line interviews to delivering qualified candidates fast.

You must have experience hiring for DTC, e-commerce, or subscription-based brands.

What You Will Own (Responsibilities)

End-to-End Hiring Pipeline Ownership

• Manage all open positions across the organization.
• Work directly with department heads to define role requirements, scorecards, and hiring criteria.
• Post jobs across all platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, Workable, RemoteOK, niche creator/marketing boards).
• Manage paid job campaigns and optimize for cost-per-applicant & quality-per-applicant.
• Maintain structured pipelines inside our ATS (ClickUp/Workable/Greenhouse).
   

Candidate Qualification & Filtering

• Screen applicants and shortlist high-signal profiles.
• Conduct first-line interview calls (15–20 min screening calls).
• Filter for cultural fit: speed, ownership, numbers, and performance mindset.
• Pre-vet skills, salary expectations, time zones, and availability.
• Reject low-fit candidates quickly and courteously (speed > politeness).
   

Stakeholder Communication

• Push candidates through each stage and follow up with hiring managers.
• Prepare short candidate briefs for decision-makers.
• Coordinate test tasks, assessments, and follow-up interviews.
  
   

Recruiting Operations

• Maintain hygiene in ClickUp/ATS and update all roles daily.
• Build talent pipelines for recurring positions (editors, UGC creators, media buyers, CX reps, ops, etc.).
   
• Track key metrics:
  • Time-to-fill
  • Cost-per-hire
  • Screening-to-offer ratio
  • Applicant quality score
• Continuously improve hiring processes, templates, scorecards, and scripts.

Requirements

• Must have experience hiring for DTC / e-commerce / subscription brands.
• 2+ years recruiting experience (in-house or agency).
• Strong familiarity with roles like: editors, creative strategists, media buyers, UGC managers, CX agents, ops managers, supply chain, etc.
• Fast communicator who thrives in high-output, high-speed environments.
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-obsessed.
• Experience with ATS tools (Greenhouse, Workable, ClickUp, Lever, etc.).
• Ability to filter & judge talent quickly and confidently.

About the Role

We're looking for a Junior+ Social Media Manager for the Seranova brand.

This is a hands-on execution role, not a strategy role: social strategy is owned by the Brand Strategist — you're the person who lives inside the apps, speaks the language of the platforms, and turns strategy into real posts, stories, and activations that go out on time and error-free.

If you're comfortable running a content calendar, moderating community groups, and chasing designers on deadlines all at once — this is for you.

What You'll Do

• Day-to-day management and posting across Seranova's social pages: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok (and more)
• Scheduling via Meta Business Suite, plus manual posting where needed
• Maintaining the content calendar — nothing slips through without approval
• Daily management and moderation of Facebook groups
• Briefing doctors on social content (scripts are handled by the Brand Manager)
• Helping build and maintain the content plan against pillars set by the Brand Strategist — you execute and contribute ideas, but don't set direction
• Chasing designers and editors to keep production on schedule
• Keeping content trackers up to date — the single source of truth for what's live and what's pending
• Hands-on running of social activations: giveaways, IG Lives, and other live moments
• Contributing ideas for growing the channels (strategy sits with the Brand Strategist, but good ideas are always welcome)
• Basic performance reporting (reach, engagement, follower growth) — weekly and monthly

Compliance

• Posting only within approved copy and compliance guidelines
• Product claims can't be freelanced or ad-libbed — anything uncertain gets flagged to the Brand Manager before it goes live

Nice to Have

• Ability to create and edit Reels in-app or in CapCut
• Light design skills, Figma a plus
• Familiarity with social analytics
• Interest in beauty, skincare, or haircare
• Experience creating or managing social content for an older audience — a core part of Seranova's customer base skews 55+, so understanding how tone, content, and platform behavior differ for that demographic is a strong plus

About the Role

We're looking for a Junior+ Graphic Designer for the Seranova brand.

This is a hands-on execution role, not a brand strategy role: the broader creative direction and strategy are owned by the Brand / Creative team. You are the person who turns briefs, content ideas, and approved copy into polished social media visuals, brand assets, and production-ready designs.

A strong fit for this role is someone who is comfortable working quickly, following feedback, keeping files organized, and creating clean, high-quality designs in Figma and Adobe tools. Figma is especially important, as our in-house design workflow is built around it.

The role would initially start on a day-rate retainer / trial basis, with the potential to move into a monthly full-time contract after a successful trial.
 

What You'll Do

• Create day-to-day social media design assets for Seranova across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant channels.
• Design static posts, stories, carousels, Reels covers, simple campaign visuals, and other social-first assets.
• Work mainly in Figma to create editable files, reusable templates, and organized design layouts.
• Use Adobe tools where needed for image editing, composition, retouching, and asset preparation.
• Adapt approved creative directions into different sizes and formats for social platforms.
• Collaborate with the Social Media Manager, Brand Strategist, Creative Director, editors, and other stakeholders to deliver assets on time.
• Review final designs for layout, alignment, typos, image quality, readability, and brand consistency before handoff.

About You

• You have a social media design portfolio and can show examples of pages, posts, campaigns, or content assets you've designed.
• You are proficient in Figma and comfortable using it as your main day-to-day design tool.
• You are also confident working with Adobe tools, especially Photoshop and / or Illustrator.
• You understand how social content works visually across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and mobile-first placements.
• You have good taste, strong attention to detail, and can spot when a layout feels unbalanced or visually weak.
• You can follow an existing brand direction and still bring fresh, thoughtful execution ideas.
• You are organized, responsive, and comfortable working in a fast-moving remote team.
• You can take feedback without friction and turn revisions around quickly.
• You are comfortable with production-style design work: creating many assets, adapting formats, and keeping quality consistent.

We’re looking for a Creative Strategist who can research real customers, find strong angles, write hooks and scripts, brief editors, and turn performance data into the next round of winning concepts.

This is a role for someone who loves paid social creative, understands direct response, and wants to see their ideas tested quickly with real spend, real data, and real business impact.

ABOUT US

We build, scale, and operate high-growth DTC subscription brands in health & wellness.

Since 2019, we’ve followed a simple playbook: identify strong DTC categories, build fast, test aggressively, and scale what works. Our flagship skincare brand launched in late 2024 and has grown rapidly, now driving $120M+ in annual revenue across the US, Spanish, and DACH markets through Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and AppLovin.

We’re a fully remote team working across creative, media buying, CRO, product, and operations. The pace is fast, the expectations are high, and the feedback loop is immediate — especially on the creative side.

THE OPPORTUNITY

This is not a “make content and hope it works” role.

You’ll be part of the creative engine behind our growth. You’ll research customer language, study winning ads, develop new concepts, write hooks and scripts, brief editors, and analyze performance data to understand what worked, what didn’t, and what to test next.

Your ideas won’t sit in a backlog for months. Strong concepts can be briefed, produced, launched, and tested within days — with performance data flowing back every week.

You’ll work closely with editors, media buyers, the Creative Director, and the CMO in weekly creative sprints. The goal is simple: create ads that unlock new scale.

WHAT YOU’LL OWN

Research & Ideation

• Research customer reviews, surveys, comments, Reddit threads, competitor ads, and social conversations to find real customer language, pain points, objections, and desires.
• Study winning brands and ads daily to understand what formats, hooks, angles, and emotional triggers are working right now.
• Build and maintain a strong swipe file of ads, hooks, scripts, formats, and creative references.
• Develop creative concepts across different audience segments, markets, and stages of awareness.
• Look for new angles, new audiences, and new ways to position the product.
• Bring frequent ideas to the team — from small iterations to bigger creative bets.

Hooks, Scripts & Briefs

• Write hooks, scripts, ad copy, and concept breakdowns for paid social ads.
• Turn research insights into clear creative directions that editors and creators can execute.
• Create structured, editor-ready briefs with the angle, hook, visual direction, script, references, and key message.
• Adapt concepts across formats such as UGC, founder-style ads, testimonials, problem-solution ads, advertorial-style creatives, statics, and short-form video.
• Keep a high weekly output while maintaining quality and clarity.
• Make sure every brief is specific enough to reduce unnecessary back-and-forth.

Performance Analysis & Iteration

• Review creative performance data weekly to understand why certain ads win and others fail.
• Identify patterns across hooks, formats, messaging, audiences, and markets.
• Iterate on winning concepts with new hooks, new openers, new formats, and new audience angles.
• Turn learnings from performance data into clear next steps for future creative tests.
• Work with media buyers to understand how creative is performing across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, AppLovin, and other paid channels.

AI, Process & Collaboration

• Use AI tools like Claude or similar tools to speed up research, ideation, scripting, and organization — without relying on generic or low-quality output.
• Collaborate closely with editors, media buyers, the Creative Director, and the CMO during weekly creative sprints.
• Keep creative documentation, briefs, references, and learnings organized.
• Help improve creative systems, workflows, and testing processes as the team scales.
• Make sure your concepts are delivered on time and ready for production.

WHO YOU ARE

• You have 1–3+ years of experience in creative strategy, direct response copywriting, paid social creative, performance marketing, or e-commerce creative.
• Or you may be earlier in your career, but you have strong raw talent, fast learning ability, and a clear interest in performance creative.
• You understand direct response fundamentals: hooks, pain points, objections, proof, urgency, social proof, offers, and conversion-focused messaging.
• You know what a strong Meta, TikTok, or YouTube ad looks like and can explain why it works.
• You’re comfortable writing in English and can communicate clearly in both written and spoken formats.
• You enjoy studying ads, customer psychology, consumer behavior, and creative trends.
• You can move quickly without waiting to be chased.
• You take ownership of your work and care about the quality of what you ship.
• You’re comfortable receiving direct feedback and using it to improve your next version.
• You know how to use AI tools thoughtfully to create leverage, not generic output.

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience with DTC, health & wellness, beauty, supplements, skincare, fitness, or subscription brands.
• Experience writing UGC scripts, paid social scripts, advertorial angles, quiz funnel angles, or landing page concepts.
• Experience working with Meta, TikTok, YouTube, AppLovin, or other paid acquisition channels.
• Understanding of creative testing, creative analytics, thumb-stop rate, CTR, CVR, CPA, CAC, ROAS, and contribution margin.
• Familiarity with tools like Foreplay, Motion, CapCut, Claude, ChatGPT, Airtable, Notion, ClickUp, or similar.
• Interest in classic direct response copywriting and consumer psychology.
