What you need for this role:

— 2+ years in B2B marketing with a growth focus. You've run demand-gen or ABM programmes and know what makes them work.

— Hands-on with paid B2B channels, mainly LinkedIn (matched and company audiences) and Meta, run as account-based campaigns against a named target list.

— Comfortable with attribution when the numbers are small: UTM discipline, GA4, and connecting CRM/CDP data to real pipeline. You can read a directional signal without over-reading it.

— Strong written English and a good ear for it. You can hear when copy tips into a pitch, and when it sounds like a real person talking to the reader.

— Your own drafts hold up to editing rather than a full rewrite. You use AI to draft but keep your own judgment about what actually reads well. We handle the final register.

— You bring your own thinking and you're willing to push back.

— A working grasp of SEO and how content gets found and cited by search and AI tools.

What you will do:

— Run our ABM programme against our UK account list, building the LinkedIn and Meta campaigns that reach the right people.

— Look after our email nurture sequences for UK and UA, keep the CRM/CDP segmentation clean, and track what actually warms a lead.

— Write and ship B2B content in English (articles, case studies, landing pages), with editorial support from the marketing lead.

— Prepare bylined articles and speaker materials for publications, and find the right angle for each outlet.

— Keep published content visible: cover the SEO basics and check after each release that pages are actually indexed. You'll have AI and a developer to lean on for the technical side.
