Head of Media Buying (iGaming / AI - Data-Driven)

We're looking for an experienced Head of Media Buying with a proven background in iGaming and Facebook Ads who can combine strategic leadership with hands-on execution. You have experience managing large advertising budgets and media buying teams, make decisions based on data rather than intuition, and know how to scale profitable campaigns through structured testing, analytics, and automation. You're comfortable using AI tools in your daily workflow, continuously optimize performance, and thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment where ownership and accountability matter.
 

Requirements:

- 3+ years of hands-on Facebook Ads experience in iGaming (Casino, Gambling, or Sports Betting).
- Experience managing campaigns across Tier 1 and Tier 2 markets.
- Personal monthly ad spend of $100,000+ and team-managed spend of $300,000+.
- Strong understanding of CPA, RevShare, ROAS, hold periods, net profit, and unit economics.
- Experience with full-funnel performance analysis and data-driven optimization.
- Proven expertise in designing and managing structured A/B testing.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make decisions based on data.
- Experience with Binom, Keitaro, or similar tracking platforms.
- At least 1 year of experience leading and managing Media Buyers.
- Daily use of AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude for analytics, reporting, and hypothesis generation.
- Understanding of automation principles and the ability to work closely with technical teams.
- Experience with Spy tools and competitive analysis.
- Fluent understanding of performance marketing metrics and scaling strategies.
- Experience with in-house products, LTV analysis, Looker Studio, Power BI, Google Sheets, Apps Script, PWA funnels, and account farming processes is a plus.
 

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute the overall media buying strategy across GEOs, offers, funnels, and campaign structures.
- Own the media buying P&L, including ad spend, revenue, profit, and ROAS.
- Manage advertising budgets and make data-driven allocation and scaling decisions.
- Forecast growth targets and advertising budgets.
- Make Kill / Iterate / Scale decisions based on performance metrics.
- Analyze the entire conversion funnel from impression to first deposit.
- Conduct cohort analysis (D14/D28), LTV analysis, and delayed conversion tracking.
- Monitor campaign performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize profitability.
- Build, prioritize, and manage structured A/B testing across creatives, audiences, offers, funnels, and GEOs.
- Generate and validate new growth hypotheses using AI tools and market insights.
- Analyze competitor campaigns using Spy tools.
- Use AI for performance analysis, anomaly detection, reporting, and creative optimization.
- Lead and mentor Media Buyers and Team Leads.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and establish KPI frameworks.
- Participate in hiring, onboarding, and team development.
- Build scalable workflows and operational processes.
- Collaborate with technical teams on automation, dashboards, APIs, and reporting systems.
- Coordinate with the farming team to ensure a stable account infrastructure.
