We are a growing private label brand operating on Amazon in the cosmetics and supplements niches. The company has been on the market for over 7 years and is actively expanding its presence, including social media, creator content, and external traffic channels for the US market.
π About the role
We are looking for an E-commerce SMM Lead with must-have experience in physical products, the US market, hands-on content publishing, UGC, funnels, chatbots/ManyChat, and social traffic to Amazon or e-commerce product pages.
In this role, you will build and lead the brandβs social media presence across key platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. You will be responsible for developing the SMM strategy, shaping the brandβs positioning, and connecting marketing goals with our internal Production Department β a βcontent factoryβ that includes a creative manager and a team of around 15 creators.
This role is a great fit for someone who combines creative thinking, strong understanding of US social media trends, e-commerce mindset, and data-driven decision-making.

π Requirements
β
2β3+ years of experience as an SMM Lead / Senior SMM / Social Media Manager in e-commerce projects.
β
Must-have experience with physical products and e-commerce brands.
β
Hands-on experience with the US market: content, audience behavior, trends, and platform specifics.
β
Experience with Amazon brands will be a strong advantage.
β
Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and short-form content mechanics.
β
Experience not only with strategy, but also with regular content publishing, content calendar management, and day-to-day SMM execution.
β
Strong understanding of the US audience, American consumer behavior, content style, tone, slang, and Western social media trends β including viral formats, hooks, sounds, challenges, and product-focused content mechanics.
β
English level B2 or higher β ability to write captions, evaluate English-language UGC, understand slang, and work with US-style content.
β
Experience working closely with creative, production, or UGC teams.
β
Ability to create clear briefs, guide creators, review content, and maintain brand consistency.
β
Understanding of technical SMM processes: account setup, account warm-up, platform limitations, and safe account activity.
β
Experience or strong understanding of funnels, flows, chatbots, automated messages, and audience warm-up mechanics.
β
Experience with ManyChat or similar funnel-building / automation tools will be a strong advantage.
β
Understanding of shadowban risks, account restrictions, and basic prevention / recovery logic.
β
Strong analytical mindset: ability to track metrics, test content hypotheses, and optimize content based on data.

Creativity combined with structure, ownership, and result-oriented thinking.

π SMM strategy and positioning
βοΈ Develop and implement the brandβs SMM strategy for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
βοΈ Define the visual direction, communication style, and Tone of Voice for the US market.
βοΈ Build a content strategy focused on brand awareness, engagement, trust, and external traffic growth.
βοΈ Analyze competitors, niche leaders, US e-commerce brands, and current Western trends.
βοΈ Adapt the strategy to physical products, the US audience, and e-commerce growth goals.
π¬ Creative direction and UGC content
βοΈ Work closely with the internal Production Department, creative manager, and creator team.
βοΈ Generate ideas, develop content angles, hooks, scenarios, and clear briefs for creators.
βοΈ Review, select, and approve UGC content before publication.
βοΈ Ensure content matches the brandβs visual standards, Tone of Voice, and marketing goals.
βοΈ Adapt ideas for different formats: Reels, TikToks, Shorts, stories, and posts.
βοΈ Evaluate content based on visual quality, engagement, trust, traffic potential, and purchase intent.
π€ Technical SMM, funnels, and automation
βοΈ Understand account setup, warm-up, platform limitations, and basic technical SMM processes.
βοΈ Understand funnels, flows, chatbot logic, and audience warm-up mechanics.
βοΈ Work with or guide chatbot flows, automated messages, and user journeys from content to target action.
βοΈ Understand ManyChat or similar tools used for social media funnels and automated communication.
βοΈ Collaborate with technical/operational specialists when setup, automation, or funnel implementation is needed.
βοΈ Understand shadowban risks, account restrictions, and basic prevention / recovery logic.
βοΈ Ensure content, account activity, and funnels follow platform rules and reduce limitation risks.
π External traffic, Amazon, and performance analytics
βοΈ Drive targeted external traffic from social media to Amazon listings.
βοΈ Understand how social media traffic can support Amazon growth; Amazon Attribution is a strong plus.
βοΈ Track key metrics: ER, Reach, CTR, retention, profile visits, link clicks, and traffic conversions.
βοΈ Optimize the content plan based on data, performance insights, and audience behavior.
βοΈ Test content hypotheses and scale the best-performing formats.
βοΈ Evaluate which formats generate engagement, traffic, product interest, and potential sales impact.
π¬ Community management and engagement
βοΈ Build and grow a loyal brand community across social media platforms.
βοΈ Launch engagement activities: contests, giveaways, challenges, polls, and interactive formats.
βοΈ Identify and grow a core audience of brand supporters and potential ambassadors.
βοΈ Monitor audience feedback, comments, and reactions to improve communication.
